I'm currently working on giving our lead management system a serious upgrade, and I'm diving into the world of Zapier to make it happen. Our main aim? Good morning,I am trying to change one value from a JSON GET Payload and PUT a response back. Fulcrum requires the full JSON payload to be sent back or the data is erased. All I am trying to do is change the field value 71ca to a response (Primary Key value) after posting some data into our databse. I have everything working except how to change the value of 71ca. I tried pass through mode but that just passes all the data. I am sure I missing something simple with all the zapier step options.
We are trying to sync QuickBooks order header and details into two different tables but in one Zap. We would like to write the order’s header record to order_headers and then create the order line rows (1 or more) in a separate table (order_lines).Is there a way to do both in the same Zap? Our existing Zap has a New Row action followed by a second. The first creates the header record in the intended table correctly but we haven’t yet figured out how to then write all of the associated lines to the second table. Whether we do it in a single Zap or two different Zaps, we would need to way for the second action (for the lines table) to use the order number from the first to only retrieve the associated line records for each order.Any thoughts on the best way to do this?
When there is a new entry in wpforms it is saved in google sheets and a vcard is created in qrtiger and then the url of the vcard and qr is saved and then this data is sent by mail... I also want to save the data in .vcf, extract them from qrcode but I can not, anyone has any idea?
I am trying to update a Google sheet when I add or update a record in AirTable; however when I go through the mapping process when setting up the action, some of my fields (two URL fields and 1 date field) do not show up as options to map. These cells have contents in AirTable. I have also tried to update the zap, refresh the fields, completely recreate the zap, and attempt both with empty AT cells and filled AT cells. Nothing is working. Any advice?

We are using Hubspot as the initial trigger. Once a company is made, their details are brought in and company type is one of them (Distributor, Wholesale, Retail).We are trying to make it that once a company is made in Hubspot → klaviyo new subscriber to our generalized list of every contact → specific list in klav based on the company type (Distributor, Wholesale, Retail).When I go and make the zap, it gives me company type as one of the fields/triggers but i cannot define which company type i want. It just does company type in general. Is there a way to specify which company type?
Since Asana has native integration with HubSpot, I am trying to have the section on the task where you can fill in a link to a HubSpot deal and have the HubSpot card appear in the Asana task. I am having trouble finding a way to have this automated with either the creation of a new task or updating an existing task using Zapier for Asana. The field for the HubSpot link does no seem to appear in Zapier as a field to edit in Asana. I have been able to piece together the URL from the Task ID but am stuck as to where it is input. Any help would be awesome!

So, I am trying to set up a Zap when a Typeform is submitted that sends the results via Gmail to a specific person.i have the email set up so like this: [short intro paragraph]--[Typeform field 1] [Typeform field 2] [Typeform field 3] What is showing up in my inbox while testing the send is: [short intro paragraph]--###[Typeform field 1 question][Typeform field 1 answer] ###[Typeform field 2 question][Typeform field 2 answer] ###[Typeform field 3 question][Typeform field 3 answer] [Typeform field 1 answer][Typeform field 2 answer][Typeform field 3 answer] I cannot for the life of me figure out where the answers stacked at the bottom of the email are coming from. Anyone know of a way to either display ONLY the answers, and only once? Or even the question/answer combo without the random stacked answers at the bottom of the email? I’m not sure why it’s showing up the way it is and there’s very little wiggle room in adding the Typeform fields, so any insight would be appreciated. Thank
I am new to Zapier and I have started a Zap with a Ninja From submission as the trigger. The webhook has been added to the form and the form has been published. BUT When testing the Zap the form is not found. It is telling me to make sure Ninja Forms has the Zapier Add-On, Which it already does and I confirmed it is active. Why is the form not being found?
Is it possible to filter on just ConnectWise Manage tickets assigned to me, and if so, can somebody point me in the right direction? I don’t see the option in the Editor. Thanks!
I am encountering a critical issue with my Zap that is hindering the completion of my AI Email Automation setup. I've successfully built out 98% of the automation, with the only remaining task being an adjustment to the mapping due to a change in the trigger mechanism from Gmail to IMAP by Zapier. This change was necessitated because the original Gmail Trigger does not support integration with ChatGPT.After switching the trigger, I was able to publish the Zap without any issues. However, I then turned off the Zap to update the mapping to align with the new trigger. During this process, I encountered a persistent error that prevents me from saving my changes or successfully publishing the Zap. Specifically, when attempting to publish, I receive a "failed to save draft" error message, indicated by a Draft Black Icon.Despite numerous attempts to adjust the mapping and republish, the issue persists, with the Zap occasionally publishing but without incorporating any of the mapping changes,
I am trying to create a Zap that will send an outbound email using Outlook to the Members of a Trello card that has moved into a specific list on a Board. The issue I am facing is trying to populate the “To” field in the Action section and selecting the correct data from the Insert Data options, this works if I add a static email address
I insert 3 or 4 new items into Outlook almost every day.According to my plan I still have many elements to include.However, ZAP does not include many elements in Notion! And there are no errors! And - problem - he inserts many other elements into them! Why?
I have an excel file I use as a template and would like it copied to a new folder with a new name each time a new folder is created in my zap. The zap is bascially working except - but instead of copying the excel file the zap is creating a txt file with the correct name. Full Zap Step 4Step 5

We are currently facing one issue in one of the action, “Create Deal” in Freshsales Classic.Issue:Scenario 1: (Passing as Fixed Values)When we give fixed value to an integer type input, we are getting proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw” Scenario 2: (Passing as Dynamic Values from triggers) When we pass a custom field value from trigger, we are getting not proper value in “bundle.action_fields_raw”.Instead of values, we are getting the placeholder. The instructions say to find the service account key to connect hr cloud to microsoft to do.I have checked the settings in hr cloud (free version) but don’ t see the service account key or API setting.Is this only available for the paid option ?Did this setting move to another place ?Should I be looking into Zapier software for the setting or HR Cloud software ? Hi folks,I’m trying to create an automation where when Hubspot customer information field is updated a new Google Calendar event is created. The problem i have is that when selecting a date to correspond from Hubspot fields there are no date fields available to chose from. Hubspot shows ‘date booked’ for example but there is only a limited amount of options, none being dates. How can I create a calendar event from Hubspot info when no dates are available? Do I need to update my account?
Hi Community!When my team runs a webinar, we need a unique form for each date. This is quite frustrating for users when we run a series and they need to fill out 12 unique forms to attend the whole series.Therefore, I am trying to use Zapier so that a user only has to fill out one master form which will then auto-fill the rest of the series.My problem is, I can get one form to fill out another (using filters, so it doesn’t loop), but I can’t add any additional forms to the same workflow without huge loops happening, even if I use filters.I thought then, maybe I can make multiple zaps using the same master form but the workflow in each zap fills out a different form - this way, when a webinar is done, I can turn off that zap and the form will no longer fill out that unique form.But this also does not work, it seems that the first zap overrules the other ones I have built using the same form.Does anyone have an idea how I can get this workflow working? I created a Zapier interface asking for a user’s email address. Once the user taps submit, it is supposed to look up the user in a connected app. If there user exists, I have a path for that. If the user does not exist, I want to stop and ask the user for their additional contact information (first and last name). How can I send a user to a form for another zap at the end of a zap, and pass the original email into the email field?For example, a user gives the input me@gmail.com on a zapier Interface. The zap then looks them up in a connected app. If the user exists it runs one path. If the user does not exist, I want to send the user to another Zapier Interface (form) that sends the email address (me@gmail.com) and in addition prompts for additional contact information.
When a salesforce user creates a task on any object in Salesforce I want to automatically copy that task in Asana. I have looked at the zapier templates provided but my issue is how to map the fields like assignee/due date/description into asana.Any assistance would be appreciated.Thanks.
