Hi,

I am currently getting most of my leads from my connection with TIKTOK to my Monday CRM.

Sometimes the same lead also books a meeting via my Calendly, this is not currently being captured by Monday. 

I want to add to the item that the lead has already booked a time with Calendly so they are not being called by multiple sales people.

Im get stuck at the end where step 5 makes e pick an item ID to change. But this is something that is different all the time, not all leads book a calendly therefore will never be referring to the same item ID.

I would really appreciate your help.

 

Hi @JRK 

Use the ‘CUSTOM’ tab to map the Monday Item ID from a previous step.
