I am trying to build a Zap that will take an email I receive and get the zoom link from the email and add it to the locations field in my Google Calendar event. The website that hosts these events is Wix so all the events are sent with text that says to Join the Meeting but Zoom doesn’t recognize these as they aren’t the typical https://us06web.zoom.us/abunchofnumbers links. The link is some wix.com link that redirects to the zoom link. Example Wix link:http://links.wixevents.com/abunchofrandomstuff I am hoping someone here can help me build my zap. Thanks!

Hello, I am currently working on a Zap that takes long URLs from a Google Sheet, sends them to bit.ly to shorten them, then sends them back to the same spreadsheet. The initial prototype worked with no issues but it no longer works. The problem is the trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. I am still building the Zap but it is not pulling new records for me to work with. When I update anything in the specified spreadsheet column, nothing triggers. (Blurring trigger column because it contains company info) The last three records are updates to rows 997, 998 and 999 - it’s almost like these rows are recorded because they were created (because they’re the last three rows on the spreadsheet). I have tried:Recreating the Zap from scratch Going back to old Zaps where this trigger did work, it no longer does Recreating the Google Sheet Reconnecting my Google AccountAny help would be greatly appreciated. we have set up Appointment schedule for our members to book a meeting with us. but after they book and wanted to cancel they would just change the RSVP to “NO” but then the event is still on google calendar and needs to be removed manually. and takes up a space that should be free if we dont see it and able to delete it.
So I have my Buffer calendar set up to schedule posts on peak hours for maximum efficiency. If I send multiple zaps at once, will it scatter them across the calendar? I am hoping to get one zap per calendar slot but I am not sure how I would tell it to do that when it is shipping several at once multiple times per day.
Hi, apologies that this may be fairly straightforward but I am struggling to find a solution. I have a Zap, that updates the 2nd row values for columns 1 and 2 based on a new form submission. The Excel sheet then has a formula to calculate the amount in USD based on the value and currency inputted from the form. The value is presented in Row 2, Column 3. All I would like to do is output the value of Row 2, Column 3 so that I code feed that into Code by Zapier. Could anyone advise on how to do this? I can do this quite easily using Google Sheets - get many rows action. But I can’t seem to find this functionality for Excel. Thank you in advance!
I turned on a zap and it says "on" but when I tested out the zap (not via "test the zap" but instead from actually running it live) it didn't work. I went back to my page with the zaps and refreshed the page and it shows "off" but I didn't turn it off. Why is this happening? Is Calendly considered a premium zap?

Using Lookup Tables we’re able to switch names, IDs, etc., however when assembling the new Shopify Order Zap step the line items are not all being added to the product, along with associated SKUs, images, names, IDs. We’ve gotten quite deep into the weeds with our current Zap and I am sure a lot of it is unnecessary, but this was all throughout the troubleshooting. The issue appears to be replacing the line items from the Order Trigger with the correct Products in the new store. We have scoured the internet searching for a solution that seems to fit this unique situation, though to no avail. Providing screenshot of the (most important/used) steps thus far. Intaking new

I have requested a refund back on February 13th. I was told on February 13th my refund would hit my account with 12 days and if not to reply to email. The refund never hit my account, since then I’ve been charged AGAIN and I’ve replied multiple times to their email informing them of the refund not showing in my account. I’ve never gotten a response. I’ve even did the chat and was told my issue was being escalated 3 days ago and still crickets. I just want to know how to talk to a real person to get a dang response. This is ridiculous and unprofessional

Hi,I use “Event start in Teamup calendar”. I select a subcalendar : However, I got sometimes event from an other calendar which get fetch up. It sounds to a bug to me. I tried many refresh, but I always got the same events. For now, only recurrent full day events from other calendars seems to be triggered.The wrong one : The good one :

I have lots of zaps setup where I have a pdf upload into Google Drive, then in a subsequent step, I add the same pdf to an attachment field in Airtable. I could use the previous google drive step and find the “File: (exists but is not show)” for the Airtable Attachments field. Tonight, when attempting to do the same thing, I was forced to update to a newer version of the Google Drive step. Now I am no longer seeing this option for “File: (exists but is not show)”.
Hello everybody,We have a zap connecting Air.ai to GHL to send text messages. When putting it into action it sometimes works, but sometimes it doesn’t. If I go to the zap and “Test” the trigger, it actually activates the zap and sends the SMS. Has anybody else faced this issue? I tried seeing if I could reduce the polling interval, but I don’t see a way to do so on my zap.Any help would be appreciated.
Is anyone else experiencing that the PushPress integration’s “new person” trigger is broken and doesn’t ever trigger anything despite being properly connected? The tests work and all, but new contacts come into the tests, but the Zap, which is on and ready to go is never triggered by new persons.No help from Zapier’s support on this one… Curious if other people have the same issue, or found some way to make it work.
I have a Calendly question that asks the prospect which of our products they’ve previously purchased:I then want to create a Zap that puts this into a custom field in PipeDrive that uses the Multiple Options field type.How can I do this with Zapier? When Zapier pulls in the list of products, they look like they’re just space delimited. For example, "Books Courses Events." I must have to do something to format this data for PipeDrive to ingest it. I'm just not sure what it needs. I tried making a comma delimited list, but that didn't work.

Hello,I’m receiving a JSON webhook and trying to send info to another webhook. The problem is that the fields are different between apps and I have to match them up. Example: the first webhook has a column named Address and the second one has a column named Custom_Address. I have to correspond with them to transfer the value. I’ve tried to use Lookup Table (by formatter AND by tables), but I didn't catch up on how to convert so many columns (must be six or seven columns)By the way, I also need to send the converted info as a JSON to the second webhook.Any ideas about how to do it?
Hey folks!I’m creating a Zap to listen for new audio files in my Google Drive folder and transcribe them usinG Open AI, however, I faced with some very odd behaviour, as the response from Step 1 has a bunch of metadata about the file except the file itself…I was trying different formats: wav, mp3And different types: audio, pdf, etc.I’m just can’t get the file, I was trying to add as a step 2 a little hack to find a file by it’s ID or name using Google Drive, but the same issue, it finds the file with a lot of metadata except of the file…I really stuck with that, if some of you know how to fix that issue, I will be incredibly grateful for this!!
Does anyone have experience of creating zaps between acuity and manatal? I have created one that creates a new candidate in Manatal when they make an appointment in Acuity. But it creates a new (duplicate) record every time when I want it to create OR update. This is not a feature currently available and I have requested it. Is there a filter I can use to make this work? My client has paid Manatal quite a lot of money to get the API token and at the moment it will not work. Any advice or ideas appreciated, thank you.

On my website you choose which location and which date you want to attend, then pay your money.All events are the same price.I don’t know what I should be choosing for the Filters or Line items to set an email zap up.Any help please would be appreciated
