How do I automate removing Google Calendar events when RSVPs are changed to 'No'?

we have set up Appointment schedule for our members to book a meeting with us. but after they book and wanted to cancel they would just change the RSVP to “NO” but then the event is still on google calendar and needs to be removed manually. and takes up a space that should be free if we dont see it and able to delete it.

Hi @CareER_Zap

Try using this Zap trigger: GCal - Delete Event

You will need to know the GCal Event ID.

@CareER_Zap

Try using Gmail as the Zap trigger for a matching email.
