Hi there! First time user of Zapier and we’re trying to figure out if Zapier will work for us I have a Google sheet that has rows of person-specific data (i.e. first name, last name, etc). My staff are filling out specific time-sheet information on this spreadsheet. There is a column titled “Payroll Processing” and the values can only be “GOOD” or “BAD”. The “GOOD or BAD” result and column is calculated based on conditional IFs statements that are derived from values in other columns. We want Zapier to send out email notifications to any rows where the Payroll Processing column is “BAD”. We want these emails to be sent dynamically as staff are filling out the rows of data. I have been racking my brain for the last day or so.Currently I have Zapier set up as so:Calendly creates booking → Create new event in Google Calendar and it works perfectly.The issue is deleting it off the Calendar when it’s cancelled.To Clarify:Invitee Canceled in Calendly trigger → Find event (Search Term: Event UUID *matches both booked and cancelled events* / Tested and it finds the event!) → Delete Event (Custom → 2. Find Event in Google Calendar → Event 2. Description: *EVENT UUID* → Test and I get an error and Calendar doesn’t delete it.If I cancel within Calendly, it doesn’t not delete within Google Calendar.I made sure that the booking itself also features the EVENT UUID in the actual Calendar listing upon making the Calendar booking in the first place!Any ideas?

i put a filter (boolean) is false as a filter to avoid posting duplicate messages between servers with my integration but dosen't work, previously without filter since i was posting between different server was getting in a loop of reposting the same messages over and over, so how should i setup the filter to avoid this double message loop?
I’m using code by Zapier to convert values from one system to HubSpot. As a result in the Code by Zapier step it returns a list value HubSpot_PracticeGroup. If there are values there they will show, otherwise it will be in the list of “Fields with no value:” when I map this field to HubSpot I get the error as shown when it runs. It doesn’t matter if the placeholder is null or empty.I checked to make sure there are no spaces in the HubSpot field as those can throw it off as well. This is also using the most up-to-date HubSpot version. In the common problems with HubSpot, this appears to happen when creating a new contact which I am doing, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to exclude blank or null properties. I’m at a loss and would like some guidance.

Hello All! I am in the process of setting up an API integration using “Webhooks by Zapier.”*The purpose of the zap is to pull order history data from an external source.*I first used a POST request to login to the external API endpoint, this returned a successful test. I am next attempting to use a GET request to pull the order history. As per the external sources API documentation, the “accountId” is required in parameters, so i included this. I also added basic auth in the request but am still getting 401 Unauthorized. **We have tried getting rid of the initial POST request to login, and putting the basic auth in the GET all together but still resulting in this error. Does anyone have any advice, or encountered a similar issue and had successful troubleshooting?

What would be the best way to track the expenses in a bank account to produce somekind of cashflow statement. Hello!I am trying to use Zapier Transfer mechanism for a scheduled transfer TO Salesforce weekly FROM another app. Essentially, the email id of the Salesforce Contact is a foreign key from the source app, thus I pull data based on a criteria, but then I need to update the corresponding record having that email id in Salesforce.Note, typically this record already pre-exists in Salesforce and I’d like to update a few fields in that record, such as “Sales Activity Response”. Record Creation is not a desirable option.Now, the way Transfer UI is set up, I can:Select “Update Contact” or “Update Record” in Salesforce, Connect to the appropriate Salesforce instance, Select “Custom Value” , Enter a custom value. Here I copy the email id incoming from the “other app”.The issue here is that there is no “predefined key” on which search happens in Salesforce. You can conduct a search using Email field but you need to prescribe it somewhere.The question is, how will the Transfer Gods understand tha

I keep getting the error: Failed to find a task in ClickUpError from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search I know there is a task that exists with that name on my list. Hi, I am looking to pull embedded image from an Outlook email and then sending it to a Slack or MS Teams channel/chat. I have previously made same types of zaps using Gmail and Slack. In case of Gmail, the embedded image is considered an attachment and had no issue sending it to a Slack channel. However, for Outlook the embedded image is not considered an attachment. Also Outlook doesn’t have any option to pull attachments but they have a option named “Files”. When I look at “Files”, it seems that the image is not considered a file. So, I am looking to know whether there is a way to create same types of zaps using Outlook. The screenshots from Gmail and Outlook are attached. I’ve use the “app extension ai” feature to create an extension that will create a new youtube comment on my youtube videos. I am creating a zap to automatically download my Zoom meetings into a Google Drive, but when I test it I just see a file with a bunch of number in the drive folder and no video. Help!
I looked at other postings but did not find the solution I was looking for.Zapier needs to obtain the Product Name or Description from the Strip purchase. I am using a Stripe Payment Link -- I need to use Payment Link in order to utilize the promo code feature.I have various Products in Stripe, so getting the correct one in Zapier to trigger a series of emails, etc. is important.I am using actually data to test in Zapier. The Stripe purchase contains the Description, but this field is blank when looking at the actual data in Zapier.Thanks for any suggestions.
I need to create a Stripe invoice from a Spreadsheet. I'm using Zapier to automate it but I'm having an issue with it and need help with POST functionality. I need help with Step 3. What parameters should I include? HI All,Thanks for the help!I was trying to send a post request to my system but I received Field is required (HTTP Status Code: 499). Here is the API doc and only one field was required, just didn’t know which other field was required or anything setting was wrong. I tried to use custom reuquest but seems stuck on the content-header.The request contains an entity body but no Content-Type header. The inferred media type 'application/octet-stream' is not supported for this resource. I integrated Google Forms with Monday.com to immediate reflect data on the dashboard. The Google Forms results will be a recurring process thus multiple items will be reflected in the Monday.com board. I used the trigger: 1. Change multiple columns value in monday.com when new or updated form response in Google Forms then action will be: 2. Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com My problem is, Zapier is requiring for an Item ID. New responses from Google Forms will over ride the column values since it is by default referenced to item 1. I cannot always update the Monday.com dashboard just to ensure new Google Form results will not override the row referenced to item 1. Is there a way for Zapier to automatically change this Item ID so that the results will be more accurate? Thanks!
I need step by step instructions to set up sending and receiving sms texts with a Twilio phone number. Texts should come to an email address and replying to the email should reply to the text. I tried using Zapier quick setup. I got as far as choosing the Twilio number and then it tests the trigger and fails saying “We couldn't find an item. Create an item in your Twilio account and test your trigger again”. Instructions there seem limited.Thanks!
I’m trying to create a Zap to FWD receipts that come from one specific email to my Quickbooks receipt forwarding address. I can’t use the default gmail solution because in order to do that, you need a confirmation code from the email you are trying to forward to. But the email I'm trying to forward to isn’t actually an email. It’s a Quickbooks generated “email” to store receipts so there's no way for me to retrieve a confirmation code to enter into google which is why I’m trying to create a Zap.
I made duplicates of the same zap but the duplicates do not seem to run. the zaps have similar functionality except a few different conditions but they connect to the same app via same webhook. do I need a different webhook for each?
