Newly created forms in our Gravity Forms add-on are not listed as options when creating Zaps in Zapier. The only workaround that we have found is to create a new API connection for EACH FORM… When testing the Gravity Forms connections in Zapier, they pass. We tried reconnecting, inputting the appropriate keys, and still the new forms do not populate. When viewing the REST API info in the Gravity Forms settings, does it matter if the “last access” column lists an older date and time? Should the access date and time be current to indicate that it is working? For example, the first API added was added on the 20th of September and using that connection to create a Zap will only list older forms. The 2nd API entry that was added was added on the 21st and shows newer forms, but not forms created AFTER that API entry was added. I feel like I am going crazy. I am trying to perform a very routine use of the find deal. I have an exact match of this deal name in Hubspot, I perform the below And it gives me this error. I also just tried searching for “Hewlett” Manually through the zap, and tested it with a different deal and it still gave me the error, its like its not accessing my list of deals?

I created an app on zapier (dummy name) “xyz”.I am a developer of “xyz” app who is integrating the “xyz” plugin into zapier.I configured this app by selecting the authentication method as “API Key Authentication”. While configuring it, I provided the API endpoint URL. For this config, my API requires an API Key (created in “xyz” app - which will be entered by user making a zap) and Zapier User Profile ID (created in “Zapier”). I found something called as “Zapier CLI” where I found “zapier users:get” command. Now, Is this the only way to fetch zapier user profile ID ??If yes, then how I can use this in Zapier code mode (may be using z object).If no, then is there any easier way other than this. I want my invoice Google sheet to automatically see if the reciept is in my Drive folder. I want to create a column with the filename (or regex).I want Zapier to compare that column with files in a drive folder then give a tick in that row if it is there. If Zapier can do this, it will save me hoursx10.

We are trying to upload an attachment from the email parser using Erecruit API and Webhooks as the step action.We tested the API first in Postman and we have successfully sent the file in Erecruit.(L) results in Erecuit. Hi everybordy, My zap is :Trigger : when a new record is made in airtableAction : create a new Google slide froma template The zap is working very well, but I have many {{placeholders}}, and sometimes some of them are not completed (because there is no value corresponding to the {{placeholder}} in airtable. I would like those {{placeholders}} to be deleted so there are not seen in the final Google Slide. I’ve tried to create a formatter between the trigger and the action but it doesn’t work at all. I know trying to delete a {{placeholder}} could be difficult, so I am trying for the moment to just make the formatter work with a simple task. Here it is : I try to change de value “no” to “yes” with the formatter : Text then Replace : But it doesn’t work at all, the “no” is not replaced by a “yes” : By the way, I have also tried to change the date format, and it doesn’t work neither… Does somebody know what am I doing wrong ? Hi, I want to set up a zap that is triggered when a new file is uploaded into a Google Drive folder and the subfolders within that folder. The action would be to send an email. The problem I am experiencing is that I can’t find an option for the trigger to look for new files in a folder and the subfolders within that specific subfolder.The only options I am sing is to look into a folder but not the subfolders, also an option to look for any new files within my entire Google Drive.If anyone has a solution to this I would really appreciate it.
Hey guys, I’m fairly new to Zapier, and I am trying to use Zapier to send an outbound email when a Google Sheets checkbox is ticked.I tried the “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row...” trigger and selected the column of the checkbox. I tried adding a filter so the zap only triggers on the checkbox row, but I still can’t get the zap to work.I think primarily, the filter step is not working because I am selecting the wrong filters. Any tips on what to select in the second drop down?
I have recently run into a problem where I am creating a new form on Formidable in Wordpress, but the new forms I am making are not showing up in Zapier. All products seem to be up to date - is there anything else I can try to get the new forms to show? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to create a Google Doc from a Google Sheet and have it update the Google Doc every time I add a row, in essence, creating a new page on the same document each time a row is added. I tried using Google Sheet to Google Doc Template yesterday, but found that it creates an individual Google document for each row in the spreadsheet. I could also only get it to recognize one column. The spreadsheet I want to convert has over 90 rows. I don’t want 90+ Google Docs Is there a way to create one document from a Google Sheet with each row being represented on a page?

Hi there! First time user of Zapier and we’re trying to figure out if Zapier will work for us I have a Google sheet that has rows of person-specific data (i.e. first name, last name, etc). My staff are filling out specific time-sheet information on this spreadsheet. There is a column titled “Payroll Processing” and the values can only be “GOOD” or “BAD”. The “GOOD or BAD” result and column is calculated based on conditional IFs statements that are derived from values in other columns. We want Zapier to send out email notifications to any rows where the Payroll Processing column is “BAD”. We want these emails to be sent dynamically as staff are filling out the rows of data. Hello, I am trying to POST a webhook to an application, and getting a ‘Invalid JSON’ error each time. I have narrowed the problem down to 2 fields in the payload, both of which only accept an array. I am only passing one value, but it still has to be in an array. If I remove these fields, the webhook posts properly so I know it’s probably a syntax error or something.
