Trying to add the current year into a Copper field. I can see there’s a formula to add a date/time stamp, but is there a formula to add only the current year when the zap runs?

Good question.
There is not global variable available for Year (YYYY), like there are for timestamps.
You can use a Formatter > Date / Time > Format step to get the current year from a timestamp.
