Newly created forms in our Gravity Forms add-on are not listed as options when creating Zaps in Zapier. The only workaround that we have found is to create a new API connection for EACH FORM…

  • When testing the Gravity Forms connections in Zapier, they pass. We tried reconnecting, inputting the appropriate keys, and still the new forms do not populate.
  • When viewing the REST API info in the Gravity Forms settings, does it matter if the “last access” column lists an older date and time? Should the access date and time be current to indicate that it is working? For example, the first API added was added on the 20th of September and using that connection to create a Zap will only list older forms. The 2nd API entry that was added was added on the 21st and shows newer forms, but not forms created AFTER that API entry was added.
  • Went over this page Common Problems with Gravity Forms | Gravity Forms | Help & Support | Zapier and noticed that the Site Health page does not mention authorization headers anywhere. So there is that. But Zaps setup using the 2 APIs that we added work fine.
  • We DO use CloudFlare, and the article above mentions that we may want to contact CloudFlare support to WhiteList our API connections. We can certainly try that.
  • The WordPress and Gravity Forms versions are both up to date.

Suggestions?

Hey @WorkMoniker,

Gravity Forms have some documentation on handling missing Forms which you may find helpful in troubleshooting this: Unable to view Forms at Zapier or unable to create Zaps or Feeds

That said, I can see that you also reached out to our Support team about this and they had some follow-up questions for you. If you’re still running into trouble selecting the desired forms can you please look for that response from them so they can further assist.

Fingers crossed you’ll be able to get to the bottom of this soon! :)

Hi @WorkMoniker

As a workaround, you can use the Webhooks add-on for Gravity Forms: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

Then use the Webhooks app as the Zap trigger, which will generate a unique URL for you to put in Gravity Forms: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations
