How do I sync new customer data from Encircle to Salesforce using Zapier?

Does anyone use Encircle Software for Contractors?  When a customer is added to Encirlce, I want the Key info to be added to Salesforce.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, does Zapier work immediately, or is there a delay

Salesforce: https://zapier.com/apps/salesforce/integrations#triggers-and-actions

 

Zap triggers are either instant or scheduled.

Info about Zap trigger types: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496244568589-Types-of-triggers-in-Zaps

If scheduled, then that depends on your Zapier plan, and can take from 1-15 minutes to fire.
