I’m trying to set up a connection between Google Sheets and Notion. Zapier successfully reads both the Sheet and Notion database. I have mapped all Google Sheets columns with Notion database properties, but when I test the Zap I get the following error message: Failed to create a database item in NotionBook Type is expected to be rich_text. “Book Type” is the name of one of the Notion database properties (set up as a text property) and should be receiving data from the Sheets column named “What Type of Book Is This” which contains text. Given that both sets of data are in text format I am not sure what to do to fix this. Any advice, please? Thanks.
Is there a way to differentiate between tweets with videos and tweets with photos? I want only photo posts to crosspost to Facebook, but at the moment it is grabbing the thumbnail from video tweets on Twitter and posting those too. On a similar vein, is there a way to set up a Zap to autocrosspost videos from Twitter natively onto Facebook and other platforms?
Hi, I am hoping you can help me with this. I have searched all over for this ended up more confused. I have a very large form made with Wordpress and WPForms. I need to export the entire form to a Google Docs template. Everything has worked well so far except for the signatures. All the signatures are being passed in as a LINK instead of an image that i need. I cannot find a way to do this using Zapier. Few other answers I have seen was to use Google Slides instead of Doc unfortunately I do not have that option, its a very large form to move over to Slides and we need to work on the doc after it has been filled in. Any help no this would be massively appreciated.
I’m looking to set an automation from Typeform > Google Sheets > Brevo. When clients fill out the Typeform survey, it inputs their customer information into the Google Sheets, which then goes into Brevo as well. I already have one set up, however I’m looking to have it set up so it automatically updates in Brevo if I change any information in the google sheets document. Example: My clients Client receives SMS messages on Monday and Wednesday (set up as a column) . I go into Google sheets and update information as they have told me that to just want to receive it on Tuesday and Friday now. I have set up all the segments in Brevo, and they are all working when I input a new contact, however, i’ve tried updating the sheet to see what will happen but it doesn’t seem to be working. Have I set this up wrong?

I am trying to send an automated thank you email to people that subscribe to my website. However, when gmail sends the email, it takes the text in the body of my email and starts new paragraphs mid-sentence, though that is not how I have entered it into the zap. What could be the issue?
Hey guys I have a really successful integration with Salesforce Case object and DevOps - The missing piece is being able to transfer any attachments that our customers / Support team add to the ticket to the new Bug created in DevOps - We have got round this by having a manually step in between where the attachments are copied to a location and the dev team access them - It isn't always being done.I have been asked to explore other options and there is a dedicated piece of software to do it called Exalate which can do it - Before I move away from Zappier is this possible with the integration?Case Status pause reason “XXXX” added - > create bug report in a specific iteration path & transfer the documents from the case

I want to create a Zap with Hotmart and for this I must copy the hotmart credentials in zapier: Client ID, Client Secret, and Basic. I copy and paste in Zapier, everything is correct, and I click on accept. From here, Zapier says, “We ran into an error adding your new account. Authentication error: error parsing the response. Have: "". “ Then he gives me a list of three things I can do, I don't know what to do anymore. Someone for help?
I would love to store training data for chat gpt outside of zapier. are there any apps that I can pull in as a step before the chat gpt conversations step that will allow me to pull in large amounts of text? I tried putting it in a google doc, but apparently everything about the google doc except the actual content is available to pull into the next step…Would love some creative ideas! Thank you!
Below is the Zoom API (Beta) request and response. We had to use the API for registering webinar attendees since the action for Create Webinar Registrant doesn’t have a last name field like Create Meeting Registrant which I find to be odd.I understand the API Request is currently in Beta stage and would like to report this as a bug. Ideally the 401 status code should trigger a re-authentication on the Zoom connection or alert the user with a failed message if the HTTP request returns something other than a 200 or 201 response status. Hi, I am trying to build a feature in airtable and airtable interface so that when a user clicks a button labelled “purchase”, the are instantly charged a set fee using stripe to their payments details we have on file in the airtable database. I don’t know if this is directly possible through the zapier stripe intergration but does anyone know of any work arounds? Webhooks maybe? Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
My question is can you use Zapier to automate a custom text message to a client that triggers once they finish the questionnaire. My form requires them to input their name, email and their phone number.So Ideally once they finish filling out the form, they would automatically get a text and an email, with my custom script using their name they inputted into my form.This text and email I send out is a way to generate sales calls with potential clients.
I’m working on getting the Housecall Pro API integrated into my Zapier Zaps and I’ve been mostly successful, except when it comes to passing an array in a URL parameter. Hello, I’m trying to update an existing app so that it will pull additional information set up in HoneyBook and distribute to the excel spreadsheet that it has always zapped info into. the problem is, when I go to test the trigger it will NOT pull recent payment records! It keeps pulling literally one of the first payments ever received to that account many years ago. It won’t pull new ones and I’ve tried over and over again to figure this out but it is just not working. When I click “find new records” it says there aren’t any to show.
Hi everyone, anyone has done a zap from a AroFlow trigger? Are you able to confirm that I can get the AroFlow task status using the ‘List Tasks Updated’ trigger? Or is there any other trigger that is better to achieve this?In short, I want to update a record in Salesforce when a Task status is updated in AroFlow. I’m struggling with the connection between Asana and Salesforce, namely connecting and removing tasks/projects from cases. Is there a way to handle this through Zapier? The connection seems to happen through Salesforce, but I’m unsure which objects/records/fields handle that connection. I’d love some advice.

Hello, I am trying to automate updating clients information in SharpSpring when it is added into Salesforce. I have gotten that to happen, but with my current Zap it creates a whole new entry into SharpSpring rather than just updating the email, for example. So when I update a client’s email in Salesforce, I want it to update the client’s email in SharpSpring. It does this with my current zap, but it just creates a duplicate person, same name, different email address. Is there any way to fix this?
Hello. As the title states I am looking for a way to replace multiple characters that may be found within the “Input text” field of Formatter/Replace. The reason for this is we are attempting to pass along a new Teams channel name to Microsoft Graph and there are known characters that don’t play nice.~#%&*{}+/\:<>?|‘”I am able to test with only one of these characters in the “Find” field and achieve removing that characters, but how do I include several(all of them would be ideal) from a single step?Many thanks for any assistance.

Hello everyone,I'm trying to connect a WPForms form with my Monday.com account via Zapier. My goal is for a new item to be created in my Monday.com leads board every time someone fills out the form on my website.The issue I'm running into is receiving the following error message: "Invalid value for undefined on undefined. There are items that are not in the connected boards."In my WPForms form, I only ask for three things: name, phone number, and the relationship between the referrer and the referred. However, in my Monday.com leads board, I have fields for more information like email, referral source, company, etc.I understand that the issue may be because not all fields in my Monday.com board are being filled out by the WPForms form. However, I'd like the remaining fields on Monday.com to remain blank or default until I can manually fill them out.Has anyone encountered a similar issue and could help me resolve this? Is there a way to bypass this error and allow only the fields filled
