Hello! I am trying to update my HubSpot deal line items once a document status is changed in Pandadoc. I have tried to look into the previous suggested Zap and Looping but keep running into the line items being merged together and Current ZapPandaDoc Trigger - Document Status Changed in PandaDoc HubSpot Action - Find deal in HubSpot HubSpot action - Update line-items in HubSpotResult: Line Items pulled from Pandadoc all get merged into one field “Line Items Items Name.” Each line item is seperated by a common. I am trying to create contacts in Mailchimp. I select all the data and, as you can see in the first screenshot, data IS there, but as shown in the next two screenshots, although data is being sent, it is not being stored. I don’t know if the bug is on Zapier side or Mailchimp, but I haven’t found a better way to report bugs. (I have checked in Mailchimp and the address is not there). As you can see, Zapier recognizes the fields and there is data in there When clicking test, it shows what data is being sent, and the ADDRESS is thereThe result of the test shows that all the other data has been stored, but the address is empty
I have connected Gong.io to Zapier but none of the events/triggers seem to be the transcription of the call. I’m not sure what to do as thats the data I need. Previously I’ve been pulling this from the Gong API and sending to the Claude.ai API but trying to automate this with Zapier. In the ideal end state I can send the results of the output from Claude.ai to a slack channel. Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to see the transcript under the New Call in Gong item? Is there something else I need to do to get it to show in Zapier. Worse case is there an alternate route to get this into the Zap using another integration (like the API?)

I would be having recurring weekly zoom meetings. I would be running FB Lead Ads. The ad is expected to run continuosly. Leads from the ads are zapped as a new registrant in a meeting. I can see from a few previous posts/replies from @Zane & @ikbelkirasan that this isn’t typically possible, but the service I’m trying to work with (Keap) does support a delayed validation so I’m wondering if can be implemented in the perform.The hook subscribe response comes back as:{ "eventKey": "string", "hookUrl": "string", "key": "string", "status": "Unverified"}With Header: X-Hook-Secret and a verification code as its value. Per their API reference, they say to either verify with the initial response (which I know from your previous replies is asynchronous and not possible) or to use their delayed verification endpoint:POST to /v1/hooks/{bundle.subscribeData.key}/delayedVerify with the same X-Hook-Secret Header value and code pair. Hello, I currently have conversation view turned on for my gmail.However, when a sender creates a new email with a new subject, it then creates a new conversation.I find this frustrating, as I’d like to keep all emails from the same sender in the same conversation, regardless of the subject.The only solution I can think of is to apply a label to each email address.The only automatic way I can think of having this happen is using zapier, but I’m not sure how to create it.So far the zaps i’ve looked at want to apply the same label to all emails from the same sender, but I can’t tell it that I want the label to be named after the senders email address.Make sense?

Hi, I’m experiencing a new validation error after upgrading to "zapier-platform-core": "15.0.1". Every search I have is getting the same validation error: additionalProperty “important” exists in instance when not allowed. I’ve tried going to the link to documentation displayed in this error message, but it give me a 404 not found. I’ve also tried throwing out the build files and regenerating them, but this doesn’t work either.Has anyone else run into this? Thanks,
I created an integration for a vendor’s REST API. The primary endpoint searches for a driver’s record.The vendor requires that the account’ password be reset every 60 days. They provide an endpoint to get the status of the account and another to change the password.Is there a way to modify the credentials of the integration, using the data that’s returned from the change-password action? Is it just a matter of setting the `bundle.authData.password` to the new password in the change-password action’s code?
In the salesforce step of the zap, I have a custom field which removes customers from a specific program we have. The default options are True/False. When a customer opts out of our program, a google sheet is udpated which triggers the zap to change a specifict field in the customers SalesForce record to False. We have another custom field in the same record which is “date removed”. I would like the field to update to todays date or in other words, the date the zap ran and changed the custom field to False. Currently, my only options are to pick from values in previous actions in the zap and none of those provide dates.

During 24 hours I would like to increase my value and after 24 hours I would like to send a message in chanel slack. Should I use the "Delay after queue" function with a delay of 24 hours after my 1st step for this?My goal is to get the number of subscriptions to my newsletter per day and send this number in a slack channel

Good morning, I’m new and i’m having some questions for managing subscription in stripe. I use payment links to charge themI need a zap to create a google sheet row when a subscription is created - pretty easy but I have a question, at the end of the first period what happens? Do I get a second row with updated dates? Or nothing changes? (I need to pass the product id of the stripe product as well since I’m using it to other purposes, which is the correspondent stripe field?) I need a second zap that when the paying cycle is renewed/fails to be renewed I need to update the row of that customer I need a third zap that when a customer delete the subscription his row is updated at the end of the current billing cycle (better alternative) or deleted (if nothing else is possible)I hope someone could help me out, I have seen that there are integrations available but I want to be sure to make everything correct
Been with support on this for a while now - Zapier isn't much help. Basic idea of the problem is that I need to pull new cancellations from customers but the data that is pulled via the webhook does not contain the customer name or email in association with the cancellation request. The product name is also hard to find.So I can add "customer. Updated" to the list of events to watch for, but it creates two separate rows in the webhook. I am not able to pull data from one result and concatenate it with the other cancellation result.So how do I do this?Created a webhook to pull customer.subscription.deleted and customer. Hi! I run an eCommerce business and I'm trying to streamline my order management process. When I receive an order confirmation email, it's not providing me with all the necessary buyer information, except for a link that says "Send Them An Email". When I click on that link, it opens a new email addressed to the buyer. Now, here's what I'm wondering: Is there a way for me to extract the email address associated with that "Send Them An Email" link? It would be incredibly helpful if I could automatically pull that email address and send it to Google Sheets, Drive, or really any other platform for further processing. I really appreciate any help or advice you can give me in figuring this out. Thanks a bunch!
Hello, some Facebook pages are not appearing in the dropdown list.We have all the necessary access and have also previously used those pages to zap Facebook Lead Ads. Not sure why only now are not able to see those Facebook pages.
I have a Smartsheet which contains financial data and when these figures are updated, I’d like the change to be also updated in certain cells within a Notion database. I currently have a draft Zap triggered by ‘Updated row in Smartsheet’, then it’s Action is to ‘Find Database Item in Notion’ and then ‘Update Database Item in Notion’. I’m finding that it only updates the Notion cells related to the example Name and Values I include in the ‘Find’ step. It doesn’t update all or any other rows which might have changed. The original Smartsheet has hundreds of rows so I can’t add a specific ‘Find’ action for all of them!Is there an easier way to do this and what am I doing wrong?(BTW, I did originally try without the ‘Find’ step, but it doesn’t seem to work).
The drop down doesn’t show Upcoming meetings when Zoom is set as a Action for adding new registrants to a meet. I have already scheduled meeting for the future on Zoom.Even when I generally try to add an action like create a new meeting on Zapier that also doesn’t update on the my Zoom account.
