First time trying to use zapier. I am trying to go from Linkedin Helper to ZOHO CRM. When I am configuring the zap the last name field in zoho is required. When I click on the field it shows me the option Catch hook in webhooks by zapier, however it is grayed out so I can’t select it. I am on the started plan. Any help would be appreciated.

My Google worksheet looks like Row $8 is used as header of the table and thus want this row to be used as column in the Zapier action.However, I only see the first row value as the column header Is it possible to use a different row as column header in zapier?

I am trying to create an integration between excel and monday.com. I am able to set up my zap, and it finds the excel document, however when I try to get it to select the ‘table’ it does not find anything there are no spaces or blanks in this spreadsheet. Any help would be useful

Is it possible to adjust the format I am given SRT file from an OpenAI Whisper transcription. The translation is fine, but I need the output (SRT) to have a maximum of 8 characters per line and asking for this in the prompt doesn't seem to have any effect. The zap looks like this: 1. i’m trying to get calls and texts (both incoming and outgoing) from openphone into freshsales suite. when i’m testing the zap, i keep getting useless “sample” files from openphone, even though i’ve texted and called my openphone account multiple times. it just can’t seem to pull good test data - which is prohibiting me from actually completing the zap. how do i get this to work?

I am trying to create contacts in Mailchimp. I select all the data and, as you can see in the first screenshot, data IS there, but as shown in the next two screenshots, although data is being sent, it is not being stored. I don’t know if the bug is on Zapier side or Mailchimp, but I haven’t found a better way to report bugs. (I have checked in Mailchimp and the address is not there). As you can see, Zapier recognizes the fields and there is data in there When clicking test, it shows what data is being sent, and the ADDRESS is thereThe result of the test shows that all the other data has been stored, but the address is empty
I have connected Gong.io to Zapier but none of the events/triggers seem to be the transcription of the call. I’m not sure what to do as thats the data I need. Previously I’ve been pulling this from the Gong API and sending to the Claude.ai API but trying to automate this with Zapier. In the ideal end state I can send the results of the output from Claude.ai to a slack channel. Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to see the transcript under the New Call in Gong item? Is there something else I need to do to get it to show in Zapier. Worse case is there an alternate route to get this into the Zap using another integration (like the API?)

I can see from a few previous posts/replies from @Zane & @ikbelkirasan that this isn’t typically possible, but the service I’m trying to work with (Keap) does support a delayed validation so I’m wondering if can be implemented in the perform.The hook subscribe response comes back as:{ "eventKey": "string", "hookUrl": "string", "key": "string", "status": "Unverified"}With Header: X-Hook-Secret and a verification code as its value. Hello, I currently have conversation view turned on for my gmail.However, when a sender creates a new email with a new subject, it then creates a new conversation.I find this frustrating, as I’d like to keep all emails from the same sender in the same conversation, regardless of the subject.The only solution I can think of is to apply a label to each email address.The only automatic way I can think of having this happen is using zapier, but I’m not sure how to create it.So far the zaps i’ve looked at want to apply the same label to all emails from the same sender, but I can’t tell it that I want the label to be named after the senders email address.Make sense?

Hi, I’m experiencing a new validation error after upgrading to "zapier-platform-core": "15.0.1". Every search I have is getting the same validation error: additionalProperty “important” exists in instance when not allowed. I’ve tried going to the link to documentation displayed in this error message, but it give me a 404 not found. I’ve also tried throwing out the build files and regenerating them, but this doesn’t work either.Has anyone else run into this? Thanks,
I created an integration for a vendor’s REST API. The primary endpoint searches for a driver’s record.The vendor requires that the account’ password be reset every 60 days. They provide an endpoint to get the status of the account and another to change the password.Is there a way to modify the credentials of the integration, using the data that’s returned from the change-password action? Is it just a matter of setting the `bundle.authData.password` to the new password in the change-password action’s code?
In the salesforce step of the zap, I have a custom field which removes customers from a specific program we have. The default options are True/False. When a customer opts out of our program, a google sheet is udpated which triggers the zap to change a specifict field in the customers SalesForce record to False. We have another custom field in the same record which is “date removed”. I would like the field to update to todays date or in other words, the date the zap ran and changed the custom field to False. Currently, my only options are to pick from values in previous actions in the zap and none of those provide dates.
