I have a purchases folder in Dropbox which has sub-folders by vendor names where I have the pdfs for purchase orders. So the path is Dropbox>Main folder>Vendor folder>pdfs, where the pdfs are sorted by date in the Vendor folder.The pdf names are in the following format: DATE_VENDOR_PO# number.pdfFor example: 20230630_ABC_PO# 2789.pdfMy sheet has a DATE column, a VENDOR name column and a column with the PO# numbers.My goal is to be able to attach pdfs of PO# files that exist on my Dropbox folders to each of the relevant cells in Smartsheet. The data is worth 6 years (a lot!).I also want to be able to automate this process from now onwards. So whenever I add a pdf file to this folder my Smartsheets sheet will automatically be updated.How can I use Zapier to achieve these two things?

Hi everyone!I need some help integrating Zapier to HubSpot. I’m technologically literate by the barest definition of the term! Here’s my goal: A user fills in a survey. That survey is compared to HubSpot’s CRM to look for the details of the user. If the user is found, we move to step 3. Parameters: The survey is from Weblium / Sitebuilder 1.02, and this can’t be changed. I’m trying to experiment with the “Find Contact in HubSpot” option on Zapier. But because this is out of my wheelhouse, I’d appreciate some help. What are Search Property Names and Search Property Values?Is “Find Contact in HubSpot” the best way to do this? If you’ve done anything similar, how the heck did you do it? Thank you in advance!
Hello,I want to find events using the NLA API.I want, if I receive an email, and if it appropriate, to automatically book an event. However, I do not want to book an event when there is already an event then. How do I find events in my and other people of the same organisation’s calendar?If I query the NLA API like so: “Find me the weekly sprint planning event”, it finds it no problem. However, if I query “Find me all events until the end of the week”, or even “Find me the event tomorrow at 11AM”, it find nothing. EDIT: I found an ugly, ugly hack. I guess Zapier, behind the scenes, is creating a “search term”, based on your query, and if you put a search term “*”, it matches everything. So you can query for “Find the events this week with search term *”. This is very ugly and depends on something Zapier has not exposed publicly, so it may change at any point.

I have a board in Monday.com with several different Groups based on what program in my company a student is in. When they switch programs or renew or don’t renew they shift around the Monday board. I am trying to update their contact account in Activecampaign but I am consistently getting Zapier error that the “Contact isn’t found” Can someone help me lay out the workflow here?
I’m really confused as to why this zap isn’t working. It’s set up like this:When a file is added to a particular folder in dropbox Add it to a digest including the direct media link At a certain time, post all of the images in the digest to slackI have it set up properly from everything I can see, but every time I get a blank message in slack. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reach tech support for Zapier? There aren’t any phone numbers and I have sent 4 messages to them via email and support tickets with no success since I signed up. Supposedly their system will link our Mojo account w our Totalbrokerage account. When I set up the zap it asked to link the two accounts which did link successfully but then the test came back with the error attached (I also matched up all of the corresponding fields and tried turning the zap off, waiting and turned it back on without success). I am frustrated and looking for similar situations or advice. Thanks in advance.
Hello there, Our team has creating new private app, We are using API KEY auth. All was working good but I was validating the api key from our api getting proper response codes from api. When i get 200 response code connection will be created and when i get error response codes, it shows me message that error occured, but then why a connection is created even it was showing error. I’ve tried handling this with error handler ( throw the error ), tried many things but cannot be able to fix this issue. Here is the Code the error handled here with 404 code. Even after error handling the connection was created. Please help me to figure out what I am doing wrong here.Thanks in advance

Hello, I’m importing forms from Airtable to Webflow via Zapier. I want to pull out coordinates via google geocode from adressess I get from Airtable (via custom code) and then put them into Webflow. I’ve been looking for custom code but haven’t managed to find some that works with Zapier, Although I have code for pulling coordinates from addresses I cant seem to tweak it right.
Hello,Does anyone know of a way to stop zapier runaway zaps before they max out our task limits? We just had a zap which looped for some reason and created 10,000 tasks, which obviously blew away our limit. Is there a way to prevent this in the future, like if it's more than 20 tasks in 2 minutes or something it will stop?
I’m working with a client who has an incredibly complex workflow that doesn’t allow for much automation. One of the tasks I’m trying to automate is filling out a PDF from data in a Google Sheet row. The problem is that the spreadsheet cannot be formatted in a way that is readable by Zapier for a number of reasons irrelevant to accomplishing this task. Here’s my question:Is there a way to launch a Zap directly from Sheets? I’ve tried using the Webhooks by Zapier app but that took away my trigger and I wasn’t able to get Sheets to perform the function of using row data to fill out the PDF.
Hey, I’m trying to query an LDAP server (to determine the manager of a person who is making a request) and was originally planning on using Python in the Code by Zapier app, but now I’m seeing that you can’t import any modules… Has anyone tried/found a way to make this work? I can envision a very wonky workaround with a local server and webhooks but trying to avoid insane workarounds for functionality that seems on the surface as though it should be supported somehow?
I have a Zap that is running a report on a property in Google Analytics 4 and comes back with the desired data as nested arrays when I test the Zap. However when I try to access that data to loop and then add a new row into MySQL, the nested arrays are combining into 2 comma delimited strings, one being all the dimensions data combined and the other being all the metrics data combined. I also, tried retrieving the data via API Request, but with same issue with no way to map the individual fields and formatted is of no use because all the fields and all the rows are combined into the single string. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so, how were you able to remedy?

Hi Team,Through Zapier and Slack Forms Integration, we are pushing the data downstream to an excel.There are almost 14 fields submitted via the form and everything is going downstream except of one field.The field name is Risk Severity, the zapier runs shows the output value but when the result data need to be ingested it is coming with 32432432_riskseverity. Can you please help
