I want to integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator with my Active Campaign i.e. import the data/ contact details from my LinkedIn Sales Navigator to my Active Campaign. Kindly let me know how can I achieve this.
I have connected Monday.com using API V2 and my personal key. Using a board I have created and a sheet I have created, I wish to update the status in a sheet when the status is changed in Monday.com. When building the Zap I can connect to my Monday.com account and select the trigger type (column updates). I am able to select the board, and then I press Test in order to continue. The test returns an OLD column change, but does not show any recent transactions. I am unable to proceed. In addition, I noticed that the one element of sample data does NOT include the Item ID from the board? thanks ~ Tom
I have people registering in Go To Webinar and they are supposed to go over to Active Campaign, but they do not show up in Active Campaign. Only when I do a test in Zapier does a contact move from Go To Webinar to Active Campaign, but otherwise these contacts do not move over to Active Campaign. Has anyone know how I can fix this situation?
Hello Friends I have the following problem after using zap for the past four weeks now (Upload video in YouTube when new file in folder in Google Drive Zap not trigger tasks) All my zap steps are accurate with green marks, but still, after uploading movies on google drive no task is triggering to the youtube channels link to zap Below is the screenshot to tells the arrangement of my configuration: I even went as far to disconnect my previous google drive account and change to another google dirve paid account to setup a new zap, the zap test is successful but if i upload a new movie to the specified google account / new file in a folder it will still not trigger the task I equally checked my task history bar to see if there’s any record made on the task log but no record of what so ever Thanks in advance, for any help you can give me.

Hi there, I’m doing a FB Lead Form to Zoho Campaigns zap. Every time a new lead is added, it should add them to a list in Zoho. All the permissions are set (see pics below). I’m getting a connection when do tests through Zapier. Leads Access Mange pageManage ad accountZapier Integration Access But the leads are not being added to Zoho - it’s not firing. This is from the Lead Ads testing tool: However, in the Leads Setup page, it says Zapier is connected: This is urgent - can you please help me figure out the problem? Thanks.
I'm trying to zap data back from the Assessment generator to KEAP. I see that it was generated but it doesn't come back to KEAP Screen shot of what’s in the assessment generator. Here’s the screenshot of what’s coming back to KEAP. I need the PDF, and the 4 numbers that are being scored.
Hi Zapier Community, I am using an update zap to update stock quantity in wooCommerce (feeding data from a google sheet), but this is not working properly. It seems if the quantity is a number that has never been used before the zap will trigger an update, but if the stock levels return to previous levels, the zap will not trigger again. My assumption is that when a change has been triggered on a row, this should trigger a zap regardless if the quantity number has been used previously or not. What is happening and is there a solution to this? Thank you, Nick

Hi, I’m using a Zap of Trello + Hootsuite so whenever I add a certain label to my card, it creates a scheduled message on hootsuite. My card includes an image attachment (png or jpg) and for some reason this is the error I receive when I test it: We had trouble sending your test through. Attachment has an unsupported mime type What can I do to fix this? Thanks
the title says it all. I’d like data in an Airtable base to be sent to a graph generator, & from their populate a google doc with the graph. Can this be achieved with a custom field? What Zapier integrated platforms would you suggest for visually representing data? if not possible on Zapier, i’m happy to discuss genius off platform work arounds! thanks! :)
Hi, I have the same problem. The error that I get is: System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. ---> System.IO.IOException: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream. Everything was working fine until the beginning of May. The error occurs when my system tries to PUT new request into the Webhook. Any idea what might cause this problem? Thanks, Nikola

Example: My “Trigger” will return result: “{ "id": "3cc53c6a-c1be-4b35-8d95-4cb6b10df0f2", "name": "Product One", "customField68b13c15-dca4-4379-b886-e330ceb5b366": "0", "customField90d4edc4-6ad7-4369-a896-294589326239": "1", "customField0c720c0b-fee1-4b2f-91c1-94c8797f34b8": "1", "customField2b8276ce-b4ec-4577-a1e3-834aad278426": "", "customField621d5f06-5d32-44e1-b1d9-27616221b66c": "" }” I expect it will show “friendly name” for all custom fields in “Next step” of Zap apps. instead of “customfieldIds” We have hundreds of “customFields”, so we can’t input manually one by one “Output Label” for each custom fields. Please let me know how can solve the highlighted issue. Thank you.
Hi, I am currently using a Apify to generate a dataset consisting of 3 URL’s in the format of “url-string1, url-string2, url-string3”. I am trying to feed these three URL’s into an email as hyperlinks such as: <a href=”url-string1”>Link1</a> <a href=”url-string2”>Link2</a> <a href=”url-string3”>Link3</a> I split the 3 hyperlinks into line items with the comma as the separator using Formatter by Zapier » Text » Split Text and it produces 3 line items. From there, I have attempted to try to convert the line items to markdown and then replace some of the html with what I need but it is losing ampersands and some other characters in the markdown conversion so the URL’s break. Any ideas on how I could make a clean conversion of the 3 URL’s into hyperlinks? Thanks in advance!
Hi, I have a custom question in Zoom that I would like to transfer over to ActiveCampaign. I’ve used the Formatter by Zapier method to pull out the information I need but this only seems to work if I manually push it through a test in my Zap. It also shows the correct data is being pulled but when I enter it via the Zoom webinar sign up, reviewing the task history shows that nothing is being pulled and the field is blank. Currently the output from Zoom is in this format: [, , , ] Please help! Thank you!

Hi everyone, What I’m trying to do is - when a stage is updated in SF, it reflects in the deal stage in PipeDrive. For example, if my record’s status moves to “Consultation Complete” in Salesforce - the deal in moves to “Consultation Complete” in Pipedrive as well. So far, I have not been able to acheive this using Zapier. The only thing we have been able to do is when a new record is added in Salesforce - it creates a new deal in PipeDrive - however we can’t figure out how to make it populate anywhere other than the first “Lead In” stage in PipeDrive. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I have an connector/app that has different credentials based on a test and production environment and would have to change the change the connections in multiple steps/multiple zaps depending on whether I’m doing development/testing/modifications or in a production mode. Hi, I am trying to integrate Excel with GSheets in a way that whenever an excel is created in Excel cloud (Offile 365) , it automatically creates a GSheet with the same data. Hello. I’m trying to set up my first Zap: making it so every new event on Outlook calendar copies to my Google calendar. Two issues: I set up the Zap, created an Outlook calendar test event, but it is not appearing on my Google calendar. Is this a common problem? Is there typically a significant time delay? Am I missing something else? Assuming I get this to work, I just want the Google calendar item to have the title and time of the event -- don’t need anything else, like description or other invitees or any other information. Just looking for Google calendar to recognize the time block. How do I edit the items in the Google calendar side of the Zap? Thank you!
Hello; I am trying to connect Clickbank to Kartra so when a customer makes a purchase we assign the tag in Kartra according to the item purchased. But I don’t see the option. I see Zapier passes a whole massive array. How can we collect the item id so we can assign the correct tag? Thanks
