I am helping a couple of NGOs. One needs to be able to refer a case (beneficiary) from it’s salesforce to the salesforce organisation of the other beneficiary. When I try to add a second Production salesforce account in order to build the zap to enable this, It always takes me immediately to the login for the 1st production account/ organisation. Has anybody successfully been able to add 2 different Salesforce production accounts (different salesforce organisations?) Thanks!
Hi everyone ! I have some issue with the Code by Zapier action. I would like to send from a main zap (containing the code), Json data (if not empty), to a webhook URL that is related to another zap (which after do some stuff). I have a question regarding a zap Scheduleonce and Convertkit. I want to know how can I link ScheduleOnce to ConvertKit and only send emails to those who signed up using a specific booking link? I do not want everyone who makes a booking to receive the same email, but it seems Zapier only allows for one ConvertKit sequence to be selected. I hope I explained it clearly and I really need help urgently 😁
Hi, I’m trying to build an action using a dynamic field, this dynamic field needs to make a request to my API, but it needs some information from a previous action to be able to bring the correct information. But when i type directly to the Contatc’s id field, the dynamic field can access it correctly , so my question is how can i use data from a previous action on a dynamic field? Thanks
I am looking to get RingCentral to integrate with Insightly. Has anyone done this before? I have no Zapier experience and would like to know if I will need to get the paid subscription? I’m not sure what the integration would do for me. Other than being able to click on a contact and call out or ext using Ring Central. I hope someone out there can help me.
Good morning, I’m experiencing some issues on the developer dashboard with the Publishing tasks. I am aware there are some outstanding issues being addressed in that section of the platform but do not believe this to be a duplicate. I have created successful Zaps for my triggers that perform the expected tests in the Zap Creation process as expected. When I return to the publishing tasks and re-run the validation, the validation process doesn’t seem to register my Zap has been created. For instance, I have created a trigger that returns a record set of types of sources. Then, I create a Zap that uses that trigger (get_lead_sources in this case). The Zap functions as expected. When I re-run the validation, I would expect the steps related to a Zap not being created to go away. I use GoodTask for reminders. It’s an app that sits on top of MacOS’s native Reminders app. I can’t find anything in Zapier that works with Mac’s Reminders. Any suggestions?
Hi everyone! I don’t know if it is a common problem, but before the “This Account is expired” bug with Facebook Groups, i’ve connected my group with zapier and i chose the group i wanted to link, with the correct privacy settings. Now i can’t even choose the group, i can’t modify the privacy setting (which set itself private for no reason at all) and every time I connect with Facebook throw Zapier the problem will reappear. Some information first: i’m a member of this group and i’m allowed to post. Zapier is working correctly for the other members and it is installed on the group.
i need help figuring out a potential zap flow. every morning i would like to get the latest 24 hours news updates from the new yorktimes. https://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml i specifically need to create a text file for every day and/or to delete the previous day rss feed. i am new with zapier, i have tried to use the rss feed but it returns only the latest feed and it can only be triggered when a new feed is available. i tried looking how to create a group of feeds published in a given period of time but could not find the approach to do this. as i am new if you just tell me use that app without giving me an example of the settings, i predict i will have an hard time. thus i would appreciate one example if possible. ultimately i want to send the text file to amazon polly and convert it to voice and listen to it while i commute. i know how to make this work, but i am stuck on creating the last 24 hours list of feds. can you he
I have created a Zap to connect LinkedIn Lead Gen Form to Google Sheet. I have successfully done it. When I click on “Run” manually, it is working fine. But this Zap does not trigger automatically when any user fills Linked Lead Gen Form. I want to get that lead instantly.
Hello, I am trying to create a FB Lead generation ad and I want to send a lead magnet (as a.pdf) - trying to build my email list. I'm not sure how to do this. Can I do it on the Thank You page of the FB Lead form by having people click a link to my website where they can download it? Or, because I am using ConvertKit, can a Zapier integration put their contact information directly into a landing page (which could send an incentive email with a download link)? Any information about how the Zap puts contact info from the FB lead ad into CK would be helpful to understand how to best accomplish this. Thank you.
Hi guys, I'm new to using Zapier, and I'm trying to automate the following process: A new task was added on TeamWork Projects (trigger) A new ticket will then be created on Freshdesk (action) My problem is in setting up the ticket creation, it asks for the email of the requester/user, a required field. However, TW does not have the data for it. Even if I added a custom field on the Task for the email, it doesn't show up on the info selections presented by TW. It would pose no problem if only one person is assigned to add tasks on TeamWork. However, that is not the case as different team members can also add tasks on a project. Is there a way on how to input the required email without actually typing it out on Zap editor?Ticket Creation
I am using facebook lead ads as a trigger, however my advertisement has not been approved yet by facebook due to a problem in the copywriting, so I think it might be the problem. However I tried the test anyway and I linked my trigger (facebook lead ad) with clicksend in order to receive the leads suddently on the phone. But zapier show me this problem : “We had trouble sending your test through. At least one message failed to send.” What this problem can be related to ? Thank you, Matteo
I just got a notification from zapier that old zap of WooCommerce won't work. They are called it WooCommerce Legacy . . I tried to create a new zap but they are wanting me to purchase this plugin that is $59/year/site. . https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-zapier/ . Usecase - WooCommerce orders are added as a student inside teachable. . Integromat is not supporting this scenario due to no direct integration with teachable or no detailed API docs. . Can some expert here recommend the solution/workaround?

I have several deals in Google sheet and same deals (same ID) in Hubspot. Can I update all deals in Hubspot that were updated in Google sheet by using only one Zap? Or I have to create Zap for each Deal (row in the sheet)?
Dear all, I created a zap that connects my Calendly and Kartra account. The client books a meeting on Calendly: Then an account is created in Kartra containing the Email address, name, etc and it assigns an ID to this oauclient. After that, the zap creates a booking in Kartra’s calendar. However, as it can be seen on the image below the time is delayed by 4 minutes. I checked the data out from Calendly and the data in Kartra and the 4 min are not appearing on the booking time. If you have any idea where this is coming from.
Hi - I’m using the Eventbrite to Zoom registration zap (by Zapier, I think?) I had to set all custom questions in the Zoom webinar registration to Not Required. Otherwise, I kept getting an error 300, field empty. It was a simple Yes/No question. Is it possible to match Eventbrite reg questions with the questions in Zoom reg? Ex. Eventbrite reg question: Are you a member of xyz? Zoom reg question is the same, but they will not match up apparently. Thanks for help or suggestions to try. Jeff –––––––
Hi, My chatfunel zap isn’t working properly for some of my zap. I can collect data from a specific funnel but not other. The chatfunnel team had a look at my chatbot and asked me to expose my issue to your services. It seems like the zap can’t fin the data with an infinite load screenshots enclosed.

Not sure why I am getting these 2 zap errors: Problem creating Sample: Failed to fetch in step 1 Problem retrieving Field Validation: Failed to fetch in step 1 It finds sample data from a test purchase, but still triggers these errors... When this happens … 1. New Successful Purchase in ClickFunnels Do this … 2. Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets Both steps have a Green Check next to it so I’m not sure why it’s not working.
I don’t understand how adding a filter to a zap qualifies it as having been changed too much. thereby preventing replay in case of error, and making the retroactive fixing of zaps a nightmare. Can somebody in the know please explain this design choice? I’m only talking about adding a filter, which is not destructive, and will either cause the next (unchanged) step to execute, or not. Thanks for any insight.
Hey guys! I’ve got a problem with automating stuff in zapier. Basically I’m receiving emails in which I have attachments.Attachments include emails, but every time it’s a different emaiI (that’s why I wanted to create new sheets every time the task is triggered). I was trying to upload this attachment into google drive then associate that email with slack users email and it worked but for the first time only. I wasn’t able to select custom values for the spreadsheet, therefore, it uses the same one with the same data. So the question is: Can I somehow use custom value for spreadsheet and worksheet Id? Have you got any other idea? Maybe it’s simple but I’m not that good at zapier (yet 😀) Thank you in advance!
