I am looking to get RingCentral to integrate with Insightly. Has anyone done this before? I have no Zapier experience and would like to know if I will need to get the paid subscription? I’m not sure what the integration would do for me. Other than being able to click on a contact and call out or ext using Ring Central.

A good starting place to understand a bit more about how Zapier works is this guide: Create Zaps
Neither Insightly nor RingCentral are Premium apps, so you don’t need a paid account to use them in Zaps, but you might need a paid account to do what you need. It’s often best to think of Zaps as “When this happens in app X, I want that to happen in app Y”
