I know this is probably something really simple, but I am needing to ensure that the right offer for my Kajabi product is pulled in my Zapier steps. We actually just updated our products and instead of the new products showing, the old ones are still showing. It just looks like it needs to be refreshed so the new data will pull through, but not sure how to do that. I even went as far to see if I could possible find the offer using the offer ID #, but nothing matches. How do I fix this?
First post and also a total Zapier n00b, so apologies if this is a simple question :) I’m building Crew, group, cohort-based coaching app that helps people design awesome careers by pairing them with a small group + an executive coach. I’ve built the app in Adalo but a lot of the work that happens during the group coaching sessions is done using Google Docs. We currently run everything out of Drive with a simple folder/file structure in place. I’m now moving a lot of the logic and experience into the Adalo app, but am running into issues with creating the folder structure in Drive using Zapier. Here’s the scenario: I need to create this folder structureIf a new Program is created in Adalo, then create a Program folder in Google Drive with that name. If a new Crew (group) is created and then assigned to a Program in Adalo, then create a Crew folder within the above Program folder. In Zapier, I can’t figure out how to do this. What I would like to accomplish with Zap:Take new Google Sheet data and import it to Pardot list via Zap I would like to add any new contacts/rows to a Pardot list from Google Sheets.What I did in Zap:I’ve set up a Zap trigger New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. to export data from Google Sheets. From Google Sheets, I set up a find prospect in Pardot action to look for a contact based on Google Sheet email data. Then another action to Add Prospects to Pardot listProblem:I was able to set up everything up, but when I got to Add Prospect to List in Pardot, I could only select one Prospect in the step details. That essentially only allows for a single record updated in the Pardot list selected. It’s not adding new records/rows from the Google Sheets as they come in. Do I need to set up a custom action to look for a specific field or…? Please help. The name of the Zap is Google Sheet to Pardot List in my Zap. Thank you.
Dear Zapier & Community, I’m trying to get my app ready for review and publishing. But I’m running into a couple publishing tasks I can not solve, because I don’t think they are true. needs a successful task (and all errors resolving from that error). I did test all my zaps thoroughly and created live zaps for every single one of them. Everything is green under step 2 and 3. needs a polling URL for REST HOOKS, although the platforms says this step is OPTIONAL, when creating your own custom webhooks. For this route (only), I do not have any url to poll from. needs a polling sample to compare with output field definition, when the perform list>polling sample is defined (and anyways optional). has no live zaps using it, again, I created a “live” zap for each action/trigger I made. And, if I want to go publicly live, I need to publish my zap firstPlease help me out here :) My app is ready to publish and I would like to submit it for review asap. Thank you!
Hi everyone,We are looking for ways to include an embedded to-do list / checklist as part of a Slack channel post zap.As an overview: following a trigger, we wish to post our payload to Slack via the “Send Channel Message in Slack” zap. This would be data from our app as normal.On top of this, we wish to include an inline checklist, ideally a native Slack one. However I can’t see how to do this. Upon submission of a Google Form, how do I create a Google Drive Folder and place files uploaded into that folder that were collected within the form? I have a form that has 3 different questions, each containing images for PDF files. When the form recipient completes the form, I want the following actions to occur:Create a new Google Drive folder (I figured this out) Find the files uploaded in the form across all 3 questions and upload them into the new folder that was created (this is the step I can not figure out)Any suggestions?

Hi,I am using Custom Request in Webhooks by Zapier to update Shopify order status to Fulfilled, but unfortunately the status is not updated. All I was able to do is add\update a Tag to the order.APIs added successfully, all accesses are correct.This one works for Tags, only.
We use Zapier for a variety of web-to-lead functions (Zapier Parser, ConvertFlow, TypeForm) which log customer details in our CRM (Close.io) and send different different sales sequences to leads, depending on their web form responses, what page they were navigating, etc. We use Zapier paths and filters extensively to make this work. We currently have 5-6 different zaps all filtering leads from our website into this process, and the complexity of the filters and paths keeps on growing and growing. It’s getting hard to keep track of. I’m seeking assistance - ideas and tools for how to keep track of this mess of zaps, conditions, filters, etc. For example:It would be great to have a tool that helped me to keep track of which combinations of different web form selections and other conditions are generating which results (i.e. which email is sent, which CRM fields are completed). Hi! I’m trying to build a zap between Scoro and Salesforce. Scoro is a project management tool for a specific team at my company and I’d like to set up an integration FROM Salesforce TO Scoro. So when an opportunity is closed won and matches specific criteria, the zap should create a New Quote in Scoro. We use Products in Salesforce that roll up to the total contract value. I can’t find the Products object in the drop down in the Actions section when creating the Zap. I think it’s likely due to the fact Products are a custom object created in SF. Anyway I can get around this and pull that data into Zapier? I’d like to pull the the Product Name, Quantity, and Unit Price to the corresponding fields in Scoro. Thanks in advance!
I have a Gravity Form where users can pick and choose between 7 different types of donation options, each of which will ultimately get converted to line items in Bloomerang. I want to remove any donation “type” they do not select from becoming a line item… those with a value of 0. My logic is telling me to test the value and then create a text field that can be used to build the line items. If the donation is greater than 0, the text will be “dollar amount, ”. If equal to zero, the text field is blank (won’t generate line item). FYI: there are other “hard-coded” fields that need to be included as part of the each line item. The content of each varies so the idea of doing a “split text” to remove a line does not work (unless there is an option to look for the “0” and remove the entire contents of the line regardless of the rest of the content?).I’ve considered many scenarios but none carry all the way through to my end goal. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Hey guys!I am new to Zapier, and for my first project, I am trying to make a zap where if an excel file is detected, (wither through new gmail attachment, or a new file in drive folder) (the file will always be a simple excel file, and only has one worksheet) Zapier will fetch the first 4 rows, and run it through ChatGPT to rename the headers according to a custom prompt.My clients give me employee lists over excel files that I have to clean and then upload on my app through CSV. I, unfortunately, can never get them to follow a format, and the data always comes with their own version of the headers that we need for the uplaod file, and then some. So if I could have ChatGPT to rename the headers in my file, then it would save a huge chunk of my time.Can someone tell me if this is even possible, and if so, then how, because I am having a REALLY hard time getting Zapier to do any further tasks after it identifying the file.
I am trying to put a menu into a google sheets file where my client can access the sheets file online and make instant changes. I was able to achieve integrating zapier to make changes to menu items but there are two things I just can’t figure out:I am trying to figure out a way to delete cms items through the google sheets, I have no idea where to even start with this. 2. ( The most important) Whenever I create a new cms item with a new row in sheets, it does create a cms item and makes it go live, but I cannot figure out a way to have that new item send over that newly created ITEM ID over to the excel sheet. I am setting up a zap between salesforce and mailchimp and I would like when a new contact is created it will be added to a mailchimp mailing list. However, I don't want all new contacts being added but only contacts that meet a specific criteria. For example contacts that have that have a specific 'contact type' selected (as shown in attachment). A second somewhat related question - if it is my specific salesforce account login linked to the trigger, will the trigger only recognize new contacts which I have added or will it also include contacts which members of my company have also added to our salesforce account and if not how would I set this up?
How could I work with a Drive file? For example, in my workflow I need to send a PDF file to my API, currently I have developed almost the entire process in ZAPP, but I am missing how I can tell you which Drive file I want to send.I will start the flow from Drive and from there it will call my applicationThanks.
Is there a way to receive an email notification for if and when a zap could no longer continue due to a filter task?I tried the Halted and Error tasks, but they will work when the zap does not execute due to a filter set in place. Thanks!
Hey.So I was looking at the integration with Notion with the intention to update an item, so I created a search step first. However, in my attempt to search, I noticed it only really wants to search text based field property on Notion. Whereas I have a ‘Select’ field property, and it doesn’t pick that up to search it.Reason being I want to search Email Address which is fine but I also awant to search my Profile ‘Select’ field which doesn’t appear.Is there any other way to do this?Thanks

Hi there, I am new to Zapier and am trying to integrate our square account with shopify so that when we receive an order in Square, our inventory is updated in Shopify. My issue is, I don’t understand the fields in the “Action” set-up. Specifically, do I use Line Item quantity for “adjust quantity by” and what do I use for “set quantity to”? Maybe someone who has set this up before can help? Thanks!
Hi, I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to only send certain row data from a GoCanvas loop screen to Google Sheet based on a condition from another field.For example, I have data such as below. GoCanvas would typically pass this data by Column separated by a comma. e.g. “Was removed” = Yes,No,Yes : Was Removed Model Serial Number Yes A 123 No Yes B 345 I only want Zapier to send the Model and Serial number data IF “Was Removed” = Yes. i.e. Only send Google sheets Model A and Model B.My current ‘standard’ zap sends all three rows. I thought of using a filter between Gocanvas and Google Sheet, but that only appears to read the whole comma delimited data for a field. i.e Yes,No,Yes so always runs. Thanks.
Hello, i’m trying to use the Tables tool to manage client requests, and every request should have a consecutive id number. I want this id number to be the amount of records in my zapier table plus one (1), but a can’t find a way to count the amount of records stored. Thank you for your help.
