Retrieve Gong Transcript send to Claude for Summary - Push results to Slack

I have connected Gong.io to Zapier but none of the events/triggers seem to be the transcription of the call.  I’m not sure what to do as thats the data I need.  Previously I’ve been pulling this from the Gong API and sending to the Claude.ai API but trying to automate this with Zapier.  

 

In the ideal end state I can send the results of the output from Claude.ai to a slack channel.  

 

Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to see the transcript under the New Call in Gong item?  Is there something else I need to do to get it to show in Zapier.  Worse case is there an alternate route to get this into the Zap using another integration (like the API?)

Good question.

To help give us more context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with all the returned data points from the Zap trigger step.
