I am trying to set up a work flow that would be a consistent scheduled time to pull from google drive a random file to up load to social media platform. Also am I able to continue the same work flow to upload to multiple platforms or do I need to repeat for each platform.

Good question.

For the Zap trigger you can use: Schedule

You may need to make sure the GDrive files are named with a common term in the folder to use to lookup.

Then you need to move the files to a different folder as part of the Zap.

Zaps with multiple 2+ action steps require a Zapier paid plan.
