I use zapier to connect calendly with hubpot!so when a new lead book a sales call on calendly, it is assigned to a seller on hubspot via zapierBut when a leads that is already assigned to a sales (a leads that already has a owner) book another call, that lead is re-assigned to another owner...how can i fix this problem?I would like to insert the filter on zapier "if the owner is already present, do not re-assign him"

I'm catching a raw webhook and process this input in a Python Code-step. Hi,I’m setting up a Zap connecting our invoice management program with an automated email alert.I’d like to send me a reminder when a tax due date is approaching, exactly before two days.But it looks like I can’t set the right syntax in the trigger fields. I am trying to add the Zapier bot to a Google chat group that I have set up. I have been able to configure the bot to send a message to me (when an email with a trigger lands in my inbox), but the option to add the bot to the group chat does not seem to work. Would my organisation need to give additional permissions to make this work? I have tried it on my personal account and it seems to work.
I’m very new to Zapier. In Monday, Our team is creating many different boards (Out of template) through our main board of activities.They do that through a “checkbox column” that if it changes, a board is being created.Over time the new boards list grew longer, and it is somehow difficult to find the relevant board to the item in the main board. I’m trying to find a solution for that.I want to add a column in our main board of activities, which has a link to the new board that was created out of template through the checkbox column.I’ve tried to play with zapier apps to get the new board ID and paste it in a link column in the main board, but couldn’t find how to do that. Hello Everyone ! This has probably been done like a thousand times before but could not find an explicit answer in the docs or videos. I have a Zap that sends an email, and I have the following properties: Item_1_Name Item_1_Qty Item_1_Total (From Item_1 to Item_16) For each one of them I add to the email: Name X QTY = Total I don’t want to add that line when there is no data for certain property (Let’s say a 1-item order shouldn’t add text to Item_2, Item_3 and so on) Is there anyway I can achieve this conditional formatting in the email ?
Looking for assistance in how to Zap a Squarespace post-purchase workflow from Flodesk.I have set-up a mailbox in email parser zap - but emails are not forwarding that come from my squarespace store to that mailbox. Instead it forwarded a contact for submission this morning instead. Odd! I consider myself fairly techy to figure this out, but am having no luck. If there is any work arounds besides this one, I’m open to them - I want to be able to only link 1 product in my store to this zap workflow in Flodesk, not every purchase.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I’ve managed to get all of the steps working in my Zap, but the main thing I need is for the activity I create to be linked to a lead in Pipedrive. The only option it gives is a Deal (see screenshot), instead of Lead. Is this simply not possible? I’ve tried to use the Lead ID in the Deal Field but it does not work.
Hi everyone,I’ve started creating Automations with Zapier for Asana and UpWork but something doesn’t work quite well. The automation is triggered when adding a tag to that task and by doing so, it should trigger “Leave Message on a Room” in Upwork. The trigger with Asana works correctly, but I am not able to find the room in Upwork I created beforehand. Even if the link to Upwork is apparently correct. Both in Zapier and in Upwork appear that the other service is successfully connected. Can someone help me with this problem?
Hi, I hope you’re doing great.I created a zap like: Google form > Google spreadsheet > Google Slide > GmailEvery response in Form create a new row in the Spreadsheet some data from the Spreadsheet are taken in a Slide and 7sent by Gmail. Probelm is that in spreadsheet is keeping creating new rows with the same data (name, and other detail) so the same slide has been sent many and many times.Can you help me to stop this and to prevent it in the future? Is there a way to take a spreadsheet of leads and email all the leads round robin style to people? I figured out how to do a round robin with a Google input form but it won’t work right if I already have a spreadsheet of leads that aren’t coming in through a Google form as the round robin is taking 1 at a time new leads and if I add multiple to the spreadsheet at once all those new ones will go to 1 person instead of multiple people.
Hello, I am trying to integrate Wix and Zoho Inventory using Zapier. Wix’s Automation doesn’t provide enough detail to match Zoho Inventory’s API, so I switched to using Catch Hooks in Webhooks by Zapier to catch data from Wix’s Webhook. I put the Webhook URL(created by Zapier) in Wix’s Webhook. I tested the trigger and Zapier couldn’t catch any data but this: “querystring:”Is it because they use different types of language? If so, is there a workaround this?Or is it a different kind of problem?Please let me know what you think! Thank you
Hi there,I’m trying to setup a simple zap, where I receive JSON data through a webhook trigger, and want to transform it in Code mode.I’m seeing how to achieve this, but I’m having issue with the way Zapier handle missing values. To illustrate : Here is my data (simplified) :{ data: { items: [ { firstName: "testA", options: [customFields: [name: "Email", answer: "testA@test.com"]] }, { firstName: "testB", }, { firstName: "testC", options: [customFields: [name: "Email", answer: "testC@test.com"]] } ] }}As you can see, I may or may not have an “options” key for each items. In code mode, I’m setting my Input Data like this : So far so good, everything looks like expected. There’s a missing email, because TestB doesn’t have one. Perfect. This has been asked many times, none of the answers work. Asking once more for this basic feature will at least amplify the spotlight on this long standing zapier issue..How can I use Zapier to set a reference field (essentially a select field pulling its selects from another collection) in Zapier?This relates to the helpful error message:The app returned "ValidationError: Validation Failure".Sending the exact text of the reference field name does not work. Unfortunately, there is not much else that can be tried.
I’ve connected my Checkmarket survey to Smartsheets via Zapier however some of the questions are multi-line questions - such as “your information” there is are separate lines within the same question for first name, last name, email, etc however when I am in the Action part of adding the response to Smartsheet its mapping these as a string with comma separator (John, Smith, john.smith@test.com). What I need is for those to be separate fields on the smartsheet which is already setup with the separate columns. So how do I parse the string - mind you I need a no code/low code response please.
