Question

How do I set up a Zap for email reminders for tax due dates & fix outdated record issues?

Hi,

I’m setting up a Zap connecting our invoice management program with an automated email alert.

I’d like to send me a reminder when a tax due date is approaching, exactly before two days.

But it looks like I can’t set the right syntax in the trigger fields. Moreover, in the test section, it pulls a record very old, from few years ago, and I can’t figure out why.

Thanks for any hint you have got

Hi @cri_cognimade

From the screenshots it’s unclear what app/event you are using as the trigger/action.

More screenshots would be helpful to give us context.

NOTE: Some Zap triggers only returned representative records so that you can configure the Zap action steps.

You may have to turn the Zap ON and test live.

Then check your Zap Runs for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi,

the app is Fatture in Cloud, it’s an invoicing and accounting platform.

The zap is already on and testing live but the zap runs history is completely empty.

@cri_cognimade

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Has there been activity that would trigger the Zap since the Zap was turned ON?

If you suspect the Zap is not firing as expected, you may want to try reaching out to Fatture in Cloud for help with their Zap app integration.
