anyone know what happened? and how to solve it?
Recently I’ve moved my clients website over to its own workspace in webflow so they are able to edit the site. But it looks like now I can only access one or the other workspace through zapier.
I have created a table with the exact order of my items I want shown, but in the form they are are re-arranged in alphabetical order. I am brand new to Wufoo and Zapier. I am trying to create an order form where my customer can either submit and pay for 1 day’s meal at a time, or is offered an option to add more orders. They need to pay when they submit. My issue is that I am needing to add each separate order (I set up as pages in wufoo on 1 form) to a new row of the spreadsheet. For instance, they decide to order a meal every day for the week and now have 5 different sets of info. I don’t want it all to go on 1 row; I want it to go to a different row for each. Is this possible? I have a working Zap, but with all information on 1 row in the spreadsheet.
I am trying to create a new Zap that detects a new file in a Dropbox folderAnd then want it to fetch the contents of the file so that I can create a row in an Excel spreadsheet using the data from the originally found file in Dropbox (also an Excel file)The File is successfully found in Dropbox when testedThe Zap does seem to be able to create a row i.e. using the found file filename as the data to add to the rowBut I cannot see anywhere to add the contents of the Dropbox excel file to this row - i.e. it only presents the file credential info as options? I have no luck contacting Zapier support and need some help from the community.My team would like to trigger a zap based on an incoming email from BizBuySell - looks like this:Subject: Your BizBuySell listing Thriving Resort Community Laundromat Available For SaleBody: Buyer Information Contact Name: Bob Martens Contact Email: bob.martens@gmail.com Contact Phone: (555) 555-9308 I need to trigger the zap based on the subject, parse the contact information from the body, and then use another zap to move the data into HubSpot CRM to kick off an automated response. I have other zaps that take incoming contact information from zap partner apps to put the contact in HubSpot and I am familiar with that process. I am unable to find a way to a) capture the email based on the subject or b) parse the required data. Is this possible? If so, please help point me in the right direction. I have the basic free plan today but I am MORE THAN HAPPY to upgrade to get what I need. Thank

Hi,I have spent half of today researching this task and ended up with zapier but can’t quite see the solution.I am trying to zap Eventbrite attendee check in trigger with a text to that attendees relationship manager saying they’ve arrived. I’m looking to make a POC for a project I’m working on using Slack Instant triggers.Need some info from Zapier to clarify concerns on the way implemented Slack triggers are implemented. These are my assumptions:Zapier has a single slack app that gets installed for every user when user connects their slack account to Zapier This slack app has Events Subscription enabled which has a Zapier’s webhook URL. Every user who builds a Zap using Slack Instant triggers will have their events sent to this common webhook URL. Zapier decides which events should go to which Zap by looking at the event payload it received via webhook URL ? If all the above are true, there is a possibility that one user’s slack creating thousands of events which would result in reaching the max limit of events for an app in an hour (in this case Zapier’s slack app). This would affect other user’s Zap because the rate limit would be applied by Slack on Zapier’s app. If my assumptions are wrong, how is Zapier subscribing

Can you use Zapier to pull Coingecko data (or similar) into an Airtable or Notion table?If so, how?
I have been through all of the docs and help topcis but I just do not get how zapier expects code in a java script zap to provide data.Why is the output undefined? I tried to set output or use the callback (which i prefer). Hi Community! Thanks for the help on this --I have barcodes that are scanned to match data from Sheet 1 (Bins) to Sheet 2 (Pickups). Barcodes are in rotation, but only one barcode is scanned at each Pickup and Bin on the same day - giving us ability to match the data from each location.I have created a formula to create “Barcode - Date” in both sheets, then copy/pasted them as I read on this forum that you cannot link formulas.Issue is: When I go to link them and pull data from Sheet 1 to Sheet 2 it cannot find the data I am looking for (a dropdown of “customers” from “pickups”). Instead, Airtable seems to copy/paste my entire table, add it to the top couple thousand rows with no data pulled except for the Row ID (a long string used as a unique identifier) and matches that to the customer. So all other columns are empty, it is matching it to the wrong column from Sheet 2, AND in the table I have in the bottom couple thousand rows, it cannot lookup the data I want. Is this a bug?? Am I
All of a sudden every single ChatGPT action in all of my Zaps is delayed indefinitely. It is not a rate limit issue nor anything related to my OpenAI account. The actions appear to be stuck indefinitely regardless of the model used. How can this be resolved? It is crushing our workflows.

Hi there, For our Ecwid online store, we want to trigger a new enrollment in our LearnDash Course. The actions for LearnDash look good, but the triggers for Ecwid only allow for ALL ‘paid orders’, rather than a specific one. What we want is when Item1 has a confirmed paid order, enrol in course one, and when item2 has a confirmed paid order, enrol in group one - but it doesn’t seem the Zapier Ecwid actions allow this. Am I missing something? Is there some way to do this?
I am using Zapier to send CSAT surveys based on closed cases, but I can no longer pull the Case Owner into the Zap from Salesforce, I can only get the alphanumeric OwnerID. I found this post from 2020: but it no longer works, because the “User” object is no longer available in the Salesforce Object drop down in the ‘Find Record’ action. Is there another way to go about this?
Hi,So it seems that the output for Zapier Utilities formatter Line-Item to Text & Text to Line-Item is not giving me the appropriate response needed to to do a line-item Google Sheet Search. I’m using both Utilities’ type because I read in two other Community Support Threads that the value being formatted is already an array or something other than a comma separated list. We just switched our account over to a team account and are running into this issue. Everything was working great until the switch. We are doing something different and looking up prospects before adding them to a list in the 4th step. We continue to get error code 109, Failed to find or create a prospect in Pardot.This is the same record I have used for testing for over a year now, and it is definitely in Pardot. I have also tried testing with other records that are Pardot, and I continue to get this error. Then, I tried testing with a contact that is not in Pardot and got an error message that it was unable to create a contact. I’m assuming the connection with Pardot is messed up, even though it was just reestablished last week. The Pardot account owner has admin rights in both zapier and Pardot. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!
