Recently I’ve moved my clients website over to its own workspace in webflow so they are able to edit the site. But it looks like now I can only access one or the other workspace through zapier.

Hi @hnoldin

Good question.

I tried that. I even tried to have a second instance of the the app. Any ideas.

@hnoldin

If you are using different Webflow accounts, then you can connect separate Webflow accounts to Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Please post screenshots to give us more context about what you are experiencing issues with.

No I own two separate workspaces but can only connect to one of them. Even with two separate connections. How can I connect to both? I don’t want to have make another zapier account, since im already paying for this one.

@hnoldin

To confirm, you are indicating that you can only select one workspace or the other workspace?

You may have to try opening a ticket with Zapier Support for guidance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Yes I can only select one of the

Hi there @hnoldin,

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied today with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

My hunch is that you will need to have 2 different connections, one for each workspace. Can you open a new incognito or private browser window? Then log in to Zapier and try to reconnect the app, selecting the other workspace you would like to use.

Can you give that a try? Should you run into any hurdles, please let me know—I'll be happy to take another look 👍

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.

Thanks!
