How could I work with a Drive file? For example, in my workflow I need to send a PDF file to my API, currently I have developed almost the entire process in ZAPP, but I am missing how I can tell you which Drive file I want to send.I will start the flow from Drive and from there it will call my applicationThanks.
Here is what I currently do:I run education courses and receive feedback from learners by filling out a GoogleForm at the end of a course.Google form dumps the data into a spreadsheet. I use the same form for all of my courses (same course but on different dates)The spreadsheet has a timestamp in column1 (the date the feedback is added) and then feedback items as wells free text in the subsequent columns.This is what I want to do:I would like to create a zap that is triggered the day after the course (I think I know how to do that part) and then extracts the rows form the feedback sheet where [timestamp = coursedate] and dumps that into either a new spreadsheet (eg Feedback Course XYZ 20230423)That way I would have the feedback from one course separated from ALL feedback and can use it for further automation.What I ultimately want to achieve is automatically generating a ‘feedback report’ that is sent to the course faculty.
I basically want for Zapier to go to shopify every day and get all the new orders in the last 24 hours and paste them in google sheet below the old orders. I am currently stuck after making the schedule and filter Now stuck here how to get orders from shopify to google sheets
Hi there, I am new to Zapier and am trying to integrate our square account with shopify so that when we receive an order in Square, our inventory is updated in Shopify. My issue is, I don’t understand the fields in the “Action” set-up. Specifically, do I use Line Item quantity for “adjust quantity by” and what do I use for “set quantity to”? Maybe someone who has set this up before can help? Thanks!
Hi, I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to only send certain row data from a GoCanvas loop screen to Google Sheet based on a condition from another field.For example, I have data such as below. GoCanvas would typically pass this data by Column separated by a comma. e.g. “Was removed” = Yes,No,Yes : Was Removed Model Serial Number Yes A 123 No Yes B 345 I only want Zapier to send the Model and Serial number data IF “Was Removed” = Yes. i.e. Only send Google sheets Model A and Model B.My current ‘standard’ zap sends all three rows. I thought of using a filter between Gocanvas and Google Sheet, but that only appears to read the whole comma delimited data for a field. i.e Yes,No,Yes so always runs. Thanks.
Hi, I’m a first time Zapier user with no code backgound hoping someone can help point out what I might be doing wrong.Apps I’m trying to connect: BambooHR (premium app) to Google Sheets. Zap level: Pro trial Intended outcome: have Google Sheets mirror the data that is held in a BambooHR report and update it’s data when any of the selected data in BambooHR report changes. Intended behaviour: Google Sheets to call data from BambooHR daily (or twice daily ideally, ie every 12 hours) and update/overwrite the data held in Google Sheets with the data found in BambooHR. What I’ve tried so far without success:ZAP 1:(1) Trigger 1: Changed report in BambooHR (test = OK)(2) Action: Update spreadsheet row(s) in Google SheetsInserted a mandatory row ID (as per this Zapier help article), however it returns this error:Failed to create an update spreadsheet row(s) in Google Sheets. Is there a way to differentiate between tweets with videos and tweets with photos? I want only photo posts to crosspost to Facebook, but at the moment it is grabbing the thumbnail from video tweets on Twitter and posting those too. On a similar vein, is there a way to set up a Zap to autocrosspost videos from Twitter natively onto Facebook and other platforms?

I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24. When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report. The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name, Can more attributes be made available? The current set is not adequate.
I have a WIX landing page where the user can fill out a SurveySparrow survey. After clicking on “Submit”, I have a Zapier workflow that:takes data from SurveySparrow and saves it in a google sheet takes data from google sheet and creates a POST request to an API (ShotStack API) → this POST request generates a video with the ShotStack API receives the URL of the created video through ShotStack APINow my question is: how do I redirect the user from the SurveySparrow form on my WIX landing page to the video URL that I generated with the Zapier process above?
Hi allI have a trigger for an "updated card", and it retrieves a card with the attached_cards field (and “first_attached_card”) correctly. But I have a "card moved" trigger, testing for the same card.. Or at leas trying: both triggers retrieve a card, both have same name, same URL, but ID and many fields are different, and the “card moved” trigger doesn’t fetch the “attached_card” correctly.Any ideas?

Hey All, We have a custom build solution that is good but now we are moving into Salesforce and trying to get all the data to sync across. We have three fields Company name, First Name and Last Name. I want the system to grab the company name in a zap and then if there is no company name in the database (for example they are a private customer with no company) then I want the company name to be the First and Last name fields. Can you please help me out I think I have overthought this or being super blond, either way I need your assistance. Cheers Trent

Hi,I am setting up a Zap for sorting order confirmations based on how many order numbers they contain.Some emails received have 1 order number info, some have 2 order numbers info, and some have 3 order numbers info. I am trying to path sort them so a different sequence is run based on the number of order numbers present. The way I tried was sorting by Raw Size Estimate, but that proved to not be consistent enough. Is there a way to achieve this? Maybe by counting how many times the string “Order Number” occurs?Thanks
Hi I have an excel file located in sharepoint, which I want to turn it into a json file to use in a zapier “Run python by code” block. However I am not sure how to turn the excel file to a json file.If it was a google sheets I could use the “Get many spreadsheet rows”, but there I can’t find an equivalent for an excel file in sharepoint. I cannot just convert to google sheets, because I do not have access to google sheets.
Hi, I tried to set up an automation that would send a conversion event to TikTok when a ClickBank sale happens.I am stuck with the second part at “TikTok Conversions” Zapier asks me to fill out fields such as CRM Event Set ID, TikTok Lead ID, etc.Has anybody ever set up TikTok conversion & Clickbank integration successfully?Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, I have a successful zap connecting my woocommerce shopping cart to QBO. My base products had variations and would name the products with the base product name and variation. AS Long as I have that matching name in QBO everything works. To try and get around the name change thing. I purchased woocommerce Product Add Ons. So Now the zap still works however the added on products are using a different data field. The base product uses Lines Items Name and the the Add Ons use Lines Item MetaData. This field is not passed so my invoices don't contain all the information to that order. When I tried to set up a test zap to pass that information it failed. I have opened up a ticket with woocommerce to look at this but wanted to put something out here as well. Is there a way to map multiple products in a woo shopping cart order to QBO. I am trying not to have all these different names for the same product. This would most likely be much easier if we could use the sku numbers.
Zapier sent a test zap to activecampaign from Zenmaid but where do I look for it in Activecampaign? Zapier gives you no information whatsoever to find a test zap in Active Campaign. They say they connect with Zenmaid but with no help whatsover and no customer service, seems this is not the program for me to connect. It seems you have to be a major developer to use Zapier. Plus I can only email them with questions and wait 48 hours for a reply. I think its awful customer service. I may have to keep looking for another program that has customer service, which this does not have at all

I want to send out an email to a large number of different email addresses when a new zapier event is triggered.When a new document is created in a specific google docs folder, I want that document automatically sent out to 10 people. I keep a list of those 10 people and their email addresses in a google sheet file. I’m trying to make a zap for this, and I’m able to get it all worked out up to choosing the correct column in my google sheet file. BUT, it’s asking me for a specific ‘Lookup Value’ and I don’t know how to address this. I’ve looked in to using a wildcard symbol, but this doesn’t work. Help?
I have a problem with my Zaps regarding GMAIL and Outlook.It worked perfectly fine this morning, but suddently there are error messages when I try to run the zaps: GMAIL → Your Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. OUTLOOK → Unable to pull emailsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes). Please help :)

I’m currently in the process of having it so when a customer is added to my Google Calendar, the tag on their account automatically changes. I’ve gotten this far however I’m having issues getting any further.Any time i try to add the ‘CONTACT ID’ section using any of the details I received from Google calender (e.g. email, phone etc.) which match the users details on my Active campaign (see 1st image below) I get the below error ‘the app returned contact not found’ (please see image below that)!Anyone have any idea where I’m going wrong? I’ve been trying to fix this all day and had no luck, it’s very annoying, it almost seems like Active campaign still cant match the users information from the Active campaign users details to the existing Google c
