I have my Zapier setup that everyone who calls or messages me on open phone gets added to my OpenPhone Contacts. I made sure to setup the unique ID on the Action Part however whenever a person messages/calls me, instead of updating their existing number/contact - it creates a completely new contact entry on openphone instead. TL;DR Openphone creates a new contact everytime irregardless if a unique ID has been filled in.
Although we’re successfully subscribe, when we turn off our zap, hook does not deleted from our database.data returned from subscribehook is:{ message: ‘Hook added’, id: ’60b88dfda8b6dd0017692fd5’ }bundle.subscribeData.id does not give the corresponding id.How can we solve this problem ? (We can manually delete hook with that id)
Hi team! My Wordpress → ActiveCampaign works when the visitor becomes a member of the site when they purchase something via WOOcommerce (Which automatically creates a wordpress user) But when the visitor creates an account manually via the “sign up” button - the first and last name fields are not sent to activecampaign and they are not added to a list Any fixes? As I’ve gotten Zapier for this one function
I made a zap to connect octoparse and googlesheet.During the trigger test, I checked that the data was transmitted without any problems.However, even if you operate octoparse, data is not sent to the googlesheet.Is there a separate way to operate the octoparse?Or is there something I'm missing?Please let me know if you know the solution.

I’m trying to create a path in Google Sheets. Our company tracks our leads in one google sheet and within that google sheet we assign the lead to one of our team members in a specific column, and in this column it is a drop down menu with each team member listed. We are trying to create a Zap that will copy/update that same row to a different google sheet - one per team member, so that we have a main list of all leads and then each team member will have their individual leads on a separate doc.When I go to create a Zap for this, I create the following path rule: Insert data: Photographer assigned column > (Text) Contains > then I manually type in the name of a team member. When the zap is tested on any specific team member’s name, Zapier says that “Your path would not have continued” even though they have been assigned to several dozen weddings on the main google sheet. I also tried to eliminate the drop down menu, and type in the team member’s name manually to see if Zapier woul

Dear community,I set up the format text option as follows:I want to replace my personal email from the string “Attendees Email” which contains the guest email as well as mine. Thus, I enter my email in “Find” and leave “Replace” empty to delete it.It seems, that it actually splits it in two outputs rather than deleting my email (which is shown at 2):When I use the output from the action in following steps, it still includes both emails: Could you please help me how I could actually delete my email from the two email addresses?Many thanks!
Hi, I’m trying to create an integration that adds Outlook emails sent to a specific inbox to a Notion database. I would like the database entry to include:Date when the email was sent (as a property in Notion) Email address of email sender (as a property in Notion) The body of the email (in the database entry content in Notion)Can anyone guide me on how to create this Zap? Hi, I’ve already created a zap that creates a Google Calendar event when an event has been created in Salesforce. I now want to be able to update that same event if any of the details change in Salesforce. I’ve built this out so far but am still running into problems. Trigger - Update Record in Salesforce When testing the trigger, it seems like the record that’s being pulled from Salesforce is the original created event, rather than the updated event, so the event in the Google calendar never gets updated with the new details. Action - Find Event in Google Calendar To find the event, I inserted an ID into the original event when it was created and am using this to find that event in the ‘Search term’ field. Action - Update Event in Google Calendar When selecting the Event I want to update, I’m not sure what to select as I can’t seem to select the event found in step 2 above

Why does my zap keep turning off after I created it? It automatically turns off after I refresh the website. Even when I turn it on again it keeps turning off after I refresh it.
As seen in the screenshots, I selected Yes for the Should this step be considered a success when nothing is found question but when there is no data entered in that field when a new record is created it stops the zap in this step. Am I missing something? Thank you so much in advance!

Is there a way to receive an email notification for if and when a zap could no longer continue due to a filter task?I tried the Halted and Error tasks, but they will work when the zap does not execute due to a filter set in place. Thanks!
Hello everyone,I have a Zap app sending data from Eventbrite to FB. It was working fine when I published then stopped working 2 days after. Just check all the configurations but dont see anything wrong. Here is the error I got“Step 2. Hey,We are using a Zap to send us a message into a Discord channel which functions alright. The only problem is that it does not send data with it. For example in the form we want filled out you have to enter your name. In the message text it will then show ass “name: no data” to select from. In the end when Zappier sends a message to Discord there is nothing at the place the name should be.What could be done to solve this issue?
Hi! I have an integration with FB Lead Ads and Gmail. My Problem is when I receive my mails I try to resend these but they present an error. So the thing is… Is this a problem with zapier or a problem with the server? Is worth to say my email address are from a particulary domain and not from Gmail. Thank you so much, regrets from Mexico.
Is there a way to differentiate between tweets with videos and tweets with photos? I want only photo posts to crosspost to Facebook, but at the moment it is grabbing the thumbnail from video tweets on Twitter and posting those too. On a similar vein, is there a way to set up a Zap to autocrosspost videos from Twitter natively onto Facebook and other platforms?
Hi all,working on a new project for clients of ours, she has an online e-commerce liquor store. we need to have a chatgtp assistant that does the following actions, we are using the beta zapier chatbot. our requirment is that once the bot picks up the conversation, in case the user wants to know more about ou products, the bot should run a query against the airtable database or google sheet and return all pertinent information from the database including the images of the bottle, be it a vodka or wine for the whole category. since we import only a few products . totaling 34 items only we should not experience any performance issues. om chatgpt works ok , since we fed him with the url from our online store. the issue we are facing is with the zapier open ai assistant and /or chtabot.please see below the url from our online commerce, and the excel file.can you please help us?https://www.selectabebidas.com.br/
Hello, my name is Jose and I am searching for someone with knowledge of how to create an automation for sending SMS with Monday.com I run a pediatric speech-therapy office, and we want to integrate SMS into our client relations so that we can send texts to our patients whenever an update occurs.For example, there is a “lifespan” for the client due to the insurance authorizations being finite; an insurance can authorize, let’s say, 4 months of therapy, and will need to reauthorize more at the end of those 4 months if the child is still in need of therapy. This process has a couple more steps and involves the doctor’s office too, so there are many directions that the documents move and confusion for the patient and their parents/guardians.We have made boards on Monday for this process. The idea is to send an SMS after each step has been taken, which would be 3-4 steps we are talking about.That’s where we could use an SMS system--to update our clients on the 3-4 steps it takes for the the
Hi allI have a trigger for an "updated card", and it retrieves a card with the attached_cards field (and “first_attached_card”) correctly. But I have a "card moved" trigger, testing for the same card.. Or at leas trying: both triggers retrieve a card, both have same name, same URL, but ID and many fields are different, and the “card moved” trigger doesn’t fetch the “attached_card” correctly.Any ideas?
