Send email when zap stops due to Filter

Is there a way to receive an email notification for if and when a zap could no longer continue due to a filter task?

I tried the Halted and Error tasks, but they will work when the zap does not execute due to a filter set in place.

If your Zapier plan supports Paths, then those can be used: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-branching-logic-to-zaps-with-paths
