Question

Wordpress User's First & Last Name not being added to ActiveCampaign (via manual registration)

Hi team!

 

My Wordpress → ActiveCampaign works when the visitor becomes a member of the site when they purchase something via WOOcommerce (Which automatically creates a wordpress user)

 

But when the visitor creates an account manually via the “sign up” button - the first and last name fields are not sent to activecampaign and they are not added to a list

 

Any fixes? As I’ve gotten Zapier for this one function

    What WordPress plugin are you using for the Sign up form?

    I’m using the BuddyBoss platform and the BuddyBoss theme but it uses the default login and registration page
