Hello, my name is Jose and I am searching for someone with knowledge of how to create an automation for sending SMS with Monday.com
I run a pediatric speech-therapy office, and we want to integrate SMS into our client relations so that we can send texts to our patients whenever an update occurs.
For example, there is a “lifespan” for the client due to the insurance authorizations being finite; an insurance can authorize, let’s say, 4 months of therapy, and will need to reauthorize more at the end of those 4 months if the child is still in need of therapy. This process has a couple more steps and involves the doctor’s office too, so there are many directions that the documents move and confusion for the patient and their parents/guardians.
We have made boards on Monday for this process. The idea is to send an SMS after each step has been taken, which would be 3-4 steps we are talking about.
That’s where we could use an SMS system--to update our clients on the 3-4 steps it takes for the therapies to be reauthorized by the insurance companies.
I am in need of direction and help from someone who knows which are the correct automations on Monday.com & an SMS platform such as Twilio or Clicksend to resolve this issue.
