Hello!I am trying to integrate an RSS feed to ChatGPT, but I am unable to get the data to send because I have to crawl each RSS item for a particular link to the desired data. Here is what each item looks like in the RSS. I am attempting to gather the TEXT but cannot determine the correct flow to get it. I would like to upload one excel and directly produce another Excel with the data available on the first one.I will upload the excel 1 and excel 2 as an example of the work I need. After I will upload excel 1.1 (similar to excel 1) and Zapier will generate Excel 2.1 (similar to Excel 2). It is possible to do so? Can you help me with some instructions?Thank you very much :)
I have created a zap that does the following -When a ClickUp ticket is moved to Closed (Step 1) update the Zoho Desk ticket to Closed (Step 2).For this I am passing the Zoho Desk ticket ID before creating a ClickUp request so the ticket ID is available with me(Step 1). The issue is on the Zap I have to select a particular ticket to update on Zoho Desk and I don’t see any option to pass it as a variable based on the field value I got from ClickUp in Step 1. How can I make it dynamic?
I would like to link a form from fastfield to excel.When the customer submits the form there are two data sets, one financial number, other email.I would like to create a action when a form is submited the data is automatically added into this excel seperating the two data sets in seperate columns of the same row.How can i do this seperation, at the moment its populating the same cell?

i’m using cognito forms and working to setup a form to ticket zap. when connecting the zap, i do not seem to be able to search the company by the email address. has anyone setup this solution and been able to use email to find the company? if the customer doesn’t enter the company name on the form exactly as its in Connectwise then it won’t find the company. email is the one common link but there is no option to utilize that for company search.
This is one of my first zap I created and every so often I get this message from various user I have. Each of my user have been assigned an extension. The zap is to phone recording...I can’t seem to get help support and I believe I have it right but not sure as the error is random. Sometimes it can be to Ext 107 or 103 and so forth. I am having the recording saved in Onedrive if that helps.
I want to add items from multiple sources to QuickBooks and send the invoice weekly. I’m able to create the first line-items in QuickBooks, but when I add the next items using update invoice trigger it deletes the items that were in the invoice before. I have a workaround planned but just wanted to know if this is really how it works.
Hey I have connected the demio with manychat but the issue is I have 1 event and has 2 different sessions different timings and I want to trigger the event according to that but zapier only showing the event name and not by sessions. is there a way to fix this?
Hey guys!So I asked chat gpt to create a flow for me that does the following: I will ask the client to send the meeting time to my Gmail, with the subject that includes "meeting time confirmation", then the automation flow will create a calendar invite based on the time and date the client provided in the email, then send out the invite to the client, as well as a reply saying "thank you, meeting is confimred”And below is a screenshot of the follow it created. Everything worked but one thing. I don’t know how to have the calendar automactly set the end time of the meeting to be 35 min after the start time. How can I do that? Thanks in advance!

I understood that it is possible to copy a zap (event and action) and paste or replace another zap.The 2 zap that I need to use have different event type, and if I paste and replace it will change the event type as well and if I change the event all the action get reset to empty.One is create and the other is update, but all the action in both file are the same (more than 200 entry)Im looking for a wasy to bulk copy/import the action into the zap without changing teh event type.
I am looking to use a Zapier Interface but I need a field to be a predefined option pulled from a Zapier table. Is there any capacity to have a search field in a Zapier interface to do this? I am aware the functionality exists for a tickbox but I only need one choice and would prefer to give my users the capacity to search
I am trying to work out if its possible to keep a Zapier table up to date based on Rest API calls. I’ve got a zap setup that imports the data, filters it and converts the entries into line items using formatter but I can’t for the life of me work out how to get a Zap to populate multiple cells in a Zapier Table. The ideal outcome is every time the zap runs it updates the entire table so when data is deleted upstream it disappears from the table.
Hi folks, brand new to Zapier but I can’t wait to see it work its magic! I have the following situation I’m hoping to automate:- I have a spreadsheet for new users that is auto-filled by a Google Form (first name, last name, etc). When a user’s details appear as a new row, there is a blank column for product key.- In another worksheet (inside the same Google Sheet), there is a list of product keys- When we add a user to the database, we cut a product key from that worksheet and paste it into the main worksheet in the product key column- We then compose an email to the user with their first/last name, the product key, and redemption instructions. - Finally we add their user account details to our database with an SQL insert query. I’m running a daily Zap that uses API Request in Google Sheets and is getting up to 70,000 results. Is there a Zapier tool that would let me split it into small batches (around 300 records per batch) and run it until all records are being sent (to Marketo)?
I am using the CVENT New/Updated Attendees Trigger to pass info to Google Sheets, however some of the details I was able to pull previouslky no longer seem to be available. We use Zapier for a variety of web-to-lead functions (Zapier Parser, ConvertFlow, TypeForm) which log customer details in our CRM (Close.io) and send different different sales sequences to leads, depending on their web form responses, what page they were navigating, etc. We use Zapier paths and filters extensively to make this work. We currently have 5-6 different zaps all filtering leads from our website into this process, and the complexity of the filters and paths keeps on growing and growing. It’s getting hard to keep track of. I’m seeking assistance - ideas and tools for how to keep track of this mess of zaps, conditions, filters, etc. For example:It would be great to have a tool that helped me to keep track of which combinations of different web form selections and other conditions are generating which results (i.e. which email is sent, which CRM fields are completed). Hello! I am using Zapier to send user data from a Product platform (Calixa) to a CRM platform (Drip), transforming this data into a tag on the CRM platform, thanks to a Zap. The product platform is Calixa. Users show up on the platform with a number of data attributed to them. Let’s take an example: an answer to a question A they were asked on a survey just after signing up. Question A has multiple answers option, X, Y and Z. When User answer Z, I created an automation on Calixa, using Webhooks by Zapier that catch the answer and use the automation name as a tag in Drip. I am sharing the Zap settings in the screenshots. My issue is that in a random manner, some users gets “some” tags but not all of them. I checked and all data is showing up in the product platform, but Zapier seems to catch only a part of the data, and because it is random for each user not matter how much I try I cannot find a pattern nor an explanation. Has anyone ever got the same issue? Could it be a matter of limi

Tried both Splitting on comma and simply using email extraction.
I’m currently building a Zapier destination for Graphy, a data-visualisation platform.After setting up a test Zap using Google sheets as a source, I was able to use the new Transfers feature to bulk-import historical records from a spreadsheet however I noticed this was quite slow (around 10 minutes to import 8 records).I was wondering if there are any plans to allow destinations to support bulk importing of records, using a single call for all records, instead of a call per record? I’d love to add support to our Integration to allow this, so users can transfer data efficiently, but couldn’t find any related documentation or info on whether that’s possible.

Hi! I am trying to send a Typeform to Airtable, to create a new record based on the Typeform answers.One of the questions is Multiple choice. In typeform I have created multiple choices, with more answers possible.In Zapier I have created the action to send this to Airtable.In Zapier (in the correct field) I have selected all the multiple choice options, separated with comma’s.My airtable column dedicated to that answer has those exact same multiple choice options.When I send it, it automatically ticks the boxes of the chosen options in the Typeform, this is perfect! But. Apart from this, it also creates one extra multiple choice answer, being a blank entry.So all my answers will have the selected answers, plus a blanc answer.Ive gone through typeform and zapier, and airtable to see if there are any ‘spaces’, but I cannot find why it keep adding an extra blanc field. Any ideas? Thank You!
Trying to add leads to my Aweber list. I have a form on my landing page, connected to a webhook Zap is webhook > find aweber subscriber > update aweber subscrIber. I want to capture NAME and EMAIL address. I want to send traffic to this form that is1)SUBSCRIBED and I want to update them with a TAG2) NOT SUBSCRIBED YET - I want to add them to my list and TAG them. On the Find aweber Subscriber step I get this error: Of COURSE the person has already been subscribed!!!! I am trying to FIND them in my list… Screenshot below of my step 2: Then, Step 3 is UPDATE SUBSCRIBER: Please help. This is driving me crazy!
