I downloaded a Marketing Webinar report from On24. When I try to create a zap to one of the webinar events the available zap fields from an example record provides a small fraction of the available attributes in the ON24 report. The available attributes do not include basic information such as first name, last name, Can more attributes be made available? The current set is not adequate.

Hello! This might be something you have to ask the developer of the app because they will be responsible for what data is sent to Zapier. have you contacted On24 to ask them about this?
