ClickBank & TikTok conversion integration

Hi, I tried to set up an automation that would send a conversion event to TikTok when a ClickBank sale happens.

I am stuck with the second part at “TikTok Conversions” Zapier asks me to fill out fields such as CRM Event Set ID, TikTok Lead ID, etc.

Has anybody ever set up TikTok conversion & Clickbank integration successfully?

Any help would be appreciated.

You would likely need to use TikTok Lead Gen Zap app which has the trigger event below:

  • But what if we just want to send the sales data from Clickbank to TikTok Pixel

    So that TikTok is able to further optimize the ads performance? 

    As we’re not needing the leads. We just need the data fed to Pixel?

    What do we put in the 

    - CRM event
    - TikTok Lead ID (I understand this should be pixel ID)
    - Lead Status

For the CRM Event Set ID, you would select that from the dropdown list of options.

 

For the TikTok Lead ID, that would be the ID of the TikTok Lead that was generated from the Zap trigger: TikTok - New Lead

 

For Lead Status, these are the options. (capitalization may matter)

I’ve input the other details, but under the CRM Event Set ID, I’m still stucked here.

Could you let me know what other details do I need to give Zapier?

As I’ve already
 

  1. Logged into my Clickbank account
  2. Logged into my TikTok ad account

And I don’t know what else can I give to Zapier to let it give me options.

There might be some hidden errors that’s preventing the “CRM Event ID” from showing up. I’d recommend reaching to our Support Team to have them look at the logs and determine the cause of the issue here.
