I want to get the output of Formatter by Zapier as a Microsoft OneDrive Folder name but i diddn't work.

Make sure there are no leading/trailing spaces in the variable value.

You can add this step: Formatter > Text > Remove Whitespace
It could be related to how your have the Find/Replace configured.
You may be leaving a trialing space if you are only finding the value shown in the screenshot if there is not a space first.
