I’ve connected my Checkmarket survey to Smartsheets via Zapier however some of the questions are multi-line questions - such as “your information” there is are separate lines within the same question for first name, last name, email, etc however when I am in the Action part of adding the response to Smartsheet its mapping these as a string with comma separator (John, Smith, john.smith@test.com). What I need is for those to be separate fields on the smartsheet which is already setup with the separate columns. So how do I parse the string - mind you I need a no code/low code response please.
Hi! Per my Subject, I’m trying to read game events in a calendar in a Wordpress web site as triggers to have EZ Texting send info from the Event entry by text to a distribution list.When I enter test events in my personal Google Calendar, they are properly retrieved and subsequently texted, so the Zapier Trigger and Action seem to work. I now just need to redirect my Trigger to read this web-based calendar instead of my personal Google Calendar. just pasting the URL of the Calendar tab from the web site into the trigger source.When I try to change Account from “Google Calendar tslyonsnj@gmail.com” I don’t have another Google account to turn to. I experimented a bit trying to structure the site as an RSS feed, but haven’t had success there either.Any thoughts? Thanks very much in advance for any guidance.Tom Lyons

I’ve seen similar questions asked, and have tried similar troubleshooting tips to no avail.I have a zap trigger set up to create a Clio Matter when a Documate workflow is finished.I am trying to set up paths so that if the Client is the Plaintiff, it will follow one path, but if the Client is the Respondent, it will follow the other. I cannot get the paths set up, because it is not loading the variable that tells us what the ClientPartyType is. Can you please help me figure out why it is not loading this variable. (I am doing work for a client using another account, so the zap is in their account.) Thank you,Lorrie
I have an issue with zapier when i want to connect bubble with zapier, what used to work, zapier does not find the right records. at bubble they are already investigating buy did not find anything, i reported a bug at zapier but i did not even got a response from them. the weirdest of all, it looks similar like: but the records that zaper schow are totally wrong, the fields do not match. so even a manual correction is not possible
Hello community, I’m new in Zapier and I need some help. I have a large e-commerce product list in Webflow and I would like to automatically update the inventory in Webflow when I change the inventory in an excel column. I contacted with Webflow and they said the easiest way to update the inventory is by using the API PATCH (https://developers.webflow.com/data/reference/update-inventory). Also, they told me that this can be automated with an external tool. I need some help on how to create this connection between excel column and Webflow product inventory. Thanks!
Hii, I am having trouble connecting my squarespace form to my flodesk segment. That when someone registers on my site. I get an email but the email from Flodesk isnt sent to them. Unless I go in manually and add that lead to the segment. That i have already set up with my zap

Hello. I'm trying to retrieve the values of custom fields from the Event Tickets Plus plugin. When setting up Zap, I have the option to choose value 1, "Items," which passes an array of data from the custom fields to Kommo. I am trying to send a daily email that contains the contents of a Zapier table, with the email formatted as a table.I can find the records using “Find Records (Output as Line Items)”. But it’s outputting the information in a not so user friendly manner. How can I output the information exactly as it appears in the table?
So, events are being uploaded using Webhooks and Zapier to my Google Spreadsheet. Then the Spreadsheet is being accessed and required data is taken out from it and being inserted dynamically into the MailChimp Template. And this is how an email campaign is being set up. This will be a weekly email campaign. But I need to put on another filter. This filter will be date related. The event has a start date. The event should only be chosen if it's start date is in that exact week. For example, the email is sent on Monday (3/07/2023), then the event with the start date between Monday (3/07/2023) to next Monday (10/07/20). Those specific events which are in that date range should be selected and put into the email template. By the way, I am done with the whole process, only the part about date filtering remains. Can I do that in Zapier? If yes, please explain that to me. Thanks to everyone in advance.

I have a Zap created to where once anyone books a Demo with my unique Calendly URL it sends a message to a specific Slack channel (this is working). Unfortunately it comes across as just the title of the Zap (see attached). How do i go about getting more info into this slack message? I would love it if it showed the persons name, email and time of demo booked. thanks all!

I would like to import this data into ROWS, then into Hubspot. Now it's the case that I can see all the data from the gmail, but not the data from the CSV file. I’m trying to build my app with a no-code solution, but there is a need for custom payment logic and I’m having trouble finding a way to make this work. I want to be able to store a users credit card and only charge it if they did not complete a specific number of actions within a specific period of time. Hi @TTLT!Do you mean that you’ve had these options turned off…… and even when your Zap is turned on, it doesn’t trigger properly? @nicksimard Thanks for your reply. Correct. I have those two options turned off. The only time a video has been downloaded to Drive is when I go to a video that has already been recorded and select “Viewers can download” (from the options shown on the screen above). Then I test the zap, and it works. Otherwise, an HTML file is downloaded if I don’t select “Viewers can download” before a test. It’s also an HTML file that’s downloaded if the zap is triggered. This happens with or without file extension added.I asked a Zoom representative if it’s possible to set a default “Viewers can download,” but it isn’t currently a feature. However, if others are able to download to Google Drive already, there must be a way.Do you have any ideas?

Hello, I am trying to translate the actions inside https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2/to grab the refresh token and or the access token. I have crafted my API and it works firing off a request with a pre worked out authorisation bearer. but obviously this only lasts 60 minutes before you need to get a new access token. I spent a few days researching and trying to do this myself but kept coming up short. I noticed there was a similar post which looks to be using OAuthv1 methods and an article https://platform.zapier.com/docs/oauthBut still with all of this information I was unable to understand how to create the tokens.Anyone able to assist me in this please?
