Hi,


I cannot chat with a human of Zapier, but I’m stuck because I’d like to change my account name.
If I try this on the website brower, it keeps crashing.
Is there anyone who can help me out on this one?
How can I get in touch with the administrators?

I do know I have the free plan, for now that’s ok. But it’s not helpful that I cannot contact anyone for this, or doesn’t know how to contact..

Try using a new/different private browser.

Can you post screenshots with where you are trying to change the value in your Zapier account to give us more context?

 


I could solve this. 🙂 Thank you.
I was too fast. the system first wanted multiple confirmations of the current account mail.
