Unable to send automated email segments from Squarespace Form Integration with Flodesk.

Hii, I am having trouble connecting my squarespace form to my flodesk segment. That when someone registers on my site. I get an email but the email from Flodesk isnt sent to them. Unless I go in manually and add that lead to the segment. That i have already set up with my zap
