HI All,
I’m having trouble collecting the sms sender’s number in the dedicated channel that received sms from cloudtalk despite selecting the “bot Name” field as “external phone number”.

The mapped variable values for the File field are not valid.
Thanks Troy! After deleting the mapped values and leaving the File field blank i can now receive the message from the external phone number! however, how do we identify which cloudtalk number that sms is coming from?
+14You would have to map a dynamic variable with that value or include a static value in the Slack step.
