Good Morning all, 

 

So Im looking to create a zap that grabs submitted documents in a Cognito form, creates a folder in Google Drive and uploads the grabbed document into the folder created. I cant seem to get the right combination of triggers to complete this. 

HELP PLEASE!

Steps

  1. Trigger: Cognito Forms - New Entry
  2. Action: GDrive - Create Folder
  3. Action: Looping
  4. Action: GDrive - Upload File

@Troy Tessalone, Thank you for that. I need to learn the Looping action. Im not sure which to choose, Text, Line Item or numerical. 

Im looking at it and still a little confused by the action. Should the looping action come after trigger of a New Entry, and created folder, submitted document upload as part of the looping action?

General rule of thumb: Anything after a Looping action will be repeated.
