Hi @SeaRabbitss

Good question.

I was able to replicate the NYT Zap trigger error.

If you have a Zapier paid plan, you can open a ticket with Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hello, @Troy Tessalone

Where do I open a ticket? Going through the process on the help page only seems to submit a request. How will I be contacted?

Hey folks 👋

Just a quick update for anyone who comes across this thread in future—the New York Times app on Zapier is no longer being maintained and public access to the app has been revoked.

As an alternative, I’d suggest using the Webhooks app to connect to the New York Times API in your Zaps. Webhooks are a bit more advanced but we have some general guides on how to use them here:

If you run into any issues or questions while setting up a workaround with webhooks, feel free to ask in the Community and we’ll be happy to help! 🙂
