I have a zap that’s 70 tasks long. It on average takes 5 minutes to complete, which is great compared to how long it took the person to complete it before. There is one task within it that occasionally doesn’t complete the first time it runs, and adding a delay doesn’t resolve it. It generally has been resolving just by running again. Not sure the issue, and it really doesn’t matter, because it completes. The issue is related to the potential delay and receiving notification when the zap completes. How can I get notified at the completion of a zap.
Hi all, Since we our app is launched, we manage to remove/disable webhooks created by Zapier when we receive status code 410 error from Zapier but since couple of weeks, it seems that Zapier doesn’t reply with 410 for old /disabled zap but with a usual 200. From documentation: “If your application receives a 410 response, that webhook subscription is no longer active, and you should stop sending data to it.” Doesn’t anyone has this behavior? is it new? I've encountered an issue while implementing REST Hooks for my service. When I attempt to create a Zap, even if my server returns a 500 error during the POST subscribe phase, the Zap still gets created successfully. I've received related inquiries from users about this unexpected behavior.Upon further testing, I've confirmed that regardless of the error returned during the POST subscribe, the Zap creation proceeds without any hindrance.I'd like to understand:How can I prevent a Zap from being created if there's an error during the POST subscribe? Is there a recommended approach or best practice from Zapier's side to handle such scenarios?
Hi, when Integrating from Source App BrightHR to Salesforce, event options I see are like - when my leave request is approved, or when I have a leave request to approve. (See screenshot) If I want to integrate (automate leave flow from BrightHR) my BrightHR instance to Salesforce I am interested in any absense request not just in only my User’s absense record. Is it doable ? Is my user missing record access on Bright HR side ?
Hi, I was trying to access Zapier for BrightHR (Leave) ↔ Salesforce Integration possibilities. I created a connection from BrightHR and used a leave record to create a salesforce record. All okay till here but the problem I am facing is I do not see Employee name in Data I get from BrightHR. I want Zapier to enter information on a webpage and return the price, etc. to a conversational AI. Hi, we’ve just created a new site on webflow and set up the pathways to trigger an alert into our slack channels every time there’s a form submission. However, the zap isn’t working just the slack pathway. The rest of the triggers, like sending an automated email work. I want to know if the issue is that we have to input a webhook into the integrations section on webflow’s back-end. If so what’s the process? If not, what could be the cause of this issue? Here is my overall goal: to feed information from a Salesforce Account and its corresponding Opportunity and Opportunity Products into a Monday board. Then, update specific corresponding cells in Monday when either the Stage or other specific fields change. Right now, I have two Zaps set up:The first Zap: takes care of creating the row in Monday with the information from the Account, Opportunity, & Opportunity Products. I think i have set this up successfully - it seems to work when I did the test. When an email arrives in our email program I’m wanting to send the email address to Zapier to check if it is on an existing list and return a true/false result to the email program.From the email system I can either send a GET https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/xxxx/xxxxx/{{email}} or POST https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/xxxx/xxxxx with JSON {“email”:”{{email}}”}The first example doesn’t seem to hit the correct URL, assumedly because the email is appended to it.The second example shows up in Zapier and everything is good for the lookup of true/false but because the call as a POST the sending system isn’t waiting for the response and I don’t know how to get the true/false back into the email program. Bear with me, this is new to me - I’m celebrating just getting the trigger from the email system to Zapier and then the lookup result from the list! But stuck at this point…

I have set up a zap that pushes Hubspot deal information into Google ads to help with conversion tracking.The trigger is for when a hubspot deal is created. I have added a delay to allow the hubspot admins to fill out deal amount values I have a filter to make sure an email is present Then it sends off to Google AdsMy question is if Zapier will look at the Hubspot deal information again after the delay so all the most recent data is in there, or is just the original deal information at the point of the trigger being pushed?If it is only the original information, can someone tell me how I would be able to update deal information again before sending. I have seen a handful of post on how to create a subtask in ClickUp using Zapier. I have been able to accomplish this. However, I would like to be able to locate a specific subtask in ClickUp and update its custom fields with data from the Parent Task. The reason being our subtasks and task are created through ClickUp’s front end automations. For example - Our Marketing team creates their marketing plans through a front end automated workflow. We have an “Events” space which houses all of the events (tasks) our marketing team will be working on. Within this “Events” space they have the option to “Create Marketing Plan” (a custom checkbox that can be checked). This then created a new task with multiple subtasks (from a template) in the “Marketing Space” called “X Event Marketing Plan”. Using Zapier I have been able to locate this new task “X Event Marketing Plan” but I am unable to locate any of the subtasks within the “X Event Marketing Plan” Parent task. Hey!I am creating a Zapier Integration that attaches to forms in our application. Each customer of ours has many forms, each with varying fields. How do we dynamically handle fiends. I’d love to just send JSON over with the fields in key/value pairs, but since this varies from request to request and the possibilities are infinite, how do zapier users access that data in their zaps? Ie.) if the output doesn’t define the field “first_name” is there a way to access that in actions for when it exists? Thanks in advance!
I am using a form fill on a website to collect data. In my first zap, I have a webhook to collect the data from the form fill. I am then using that data to automatically fill out a templated pdf in PDFFiller with the data from the form. Basic stuff, all working good. The main thing here is that I use some of the input data to build the file name of that filled pdf. See here:Now where things get interesting is I have a second zap that takes that filled out pdf and uploads it to Google Drive. Everything works good, but it is forcing me to rename that file before it goes in Google Drive (Filled Document Name). The problem there is there is no dynamic field options in that trigger. So I have to enter a manual value. OUTCOME: I want to use the same file name as is created in the first zap. The one in the first screenshot that says F209 - Incident Summary - VALUE 1 - VALUE 2). I tried Storage by Zapier to pull data from the first zap, but I would need it to be positioned before this trigger,
Hi,Some fields are not sending to hubspot. I contacted hubspot support but they are saying that its something wrong from Zapier side. How do you send a reminder email 30 min before a meeting? The meeting details, date and time, comes from our trigger, a booking page.This is my “flow” so far, I’m on step 4. I don’t get how the “until in Delay” works, if you want to send an email - before - a meeting.Nor if that’s what I should use.So - how do you do it?

The integration used to work perfectly but after a few days, the Zap successfully runs but the DATA OUT says no data so I’m not able to get data from the forms into the sheet at all.
Hi, Is there any API zapier provides to post tweets directly on twitter? Earlier I was using Twitter APIs but now rate limits are set and a user can post only 100 tweets in 24 hours which is not practical. Thanks

I have the double optin turned off. Zap is turned on. My leadpages support person has been troubleshooting this for a week with me. Any help would be appreciated.
