Please see attached pdf which I need set up. I have Mailshake, Linkfire & Clicksend integrated. Some events aren’t firing. Plus I need some events added in to complete the sequence.
How do you transfer data with ZAP not with transfer?When I first made ZAP I was able to transfer data but, couldn't be able to transfer for the second time. It seems exhausting to create another transfer instead of using created ZAP, are there any ways to directly transfer data with already made ZAPS?
We use Trengo, a customer service ticketing system, in combination with a newly setup Shopify store. Connecting them so far has worked seamlessly as expected, but we’re running into a challenge when it comes to sending customers an automated Whatsapp template created within Trengo when they place an order in our Shopify store.Testing this Zap works just fine when placing an order through the Shopify backend, but it turns out our company uses AWS Cognito as authentication platform which holds all of our customer’s contact details.Is there in any way a chance for us to create a Zap that makes it happen for the Whatsapp template to be send? And if yes, which zap integration would we need to get AWS Cognito to work?The Zap should probably be looking something like this: Shopify (new order: any status) > AWS Cagnito shares customer details with Shopify > Trengo gets triggered and send the Whatsapp template message to the customer.We have attached what we have so far, but if there’s a

I am attempting to create zaps for acuity to send appointment times to zoom. I can only do one at a time however, and there are 8 different appointment types. Do i really have to manually go add another zap , instead of saying all appointment types will get the same function in zoom? Seems pretty task heavy.
I’ve set up a form to collect names etc. from companion guests. These are pulled via webhooks from the form and then created in MEWS. Works great so far.In the form fields there's an option for an additional mailadress for companion guests. Not a must.I would like to include the mail address (if provided!), but can’t figure out how to do this. When I add the placeholder for the mail address and the client leaves the field blank I get an error and the ZAP stops working.Could anybody point me in the right direction? There must be a way to make this optional.
I am about to ad frequently rows to a google spreadsheet. The rows are added at the bottom.I want to return the value for example column A and search for the recently added value at the bottom and return/Copy this to a different spreadsheet.How do i use the lookup method the right way?
So this is a question in regard to a previous post I had made about: Previous Post Here I am trying to get Twilio and Zapier to communicate with each other as I need Twilio to send Zapier the sender’s response if they say Yes or No. My biggest issue at this moment of time is that the webhook in Zapier is not able to pull any data to continue my steps needed to handle the data. I am not sure what is different then normal, I have followed the steps needed in the post above but it seems like something isn’t working right. My question is how do I get the webhook to work properly like I need it so that way I can continue my zap. I will post screenshots and answer questions if needed as I am not sure if this makes any sense.
Hi All, I have set up a zap where discovery calls via Calendly are entered onto a Google Sheet, except it’s not working. It has so far failed to populate any fields on the Google sheet, despite testing ok.When I get to the ‘test’ stage it does pull through Calendly info from my Outlook calendar, but I thought maybe it doesn’t pull through existing calendar entries, so I created a test meeting myself in Calendly & it still does not populate the sheet.Any ideas what is missing here? Thanks

I would like to import all the conversations from intercom that missed the SLA "exceeded the SLA", to google sheets.As I understand, the only way is to create a webhook for every new conversation, and then use this integration https://zapier.com/apps/time-tracker/integrations/webhookMy question is, how can i track if it's a hit in this case? I’m curious to find out the best way to generate email reminders to occur weekly - in line with days and times of courses being attended. The aim is to send an email reminder to attendees to complete an online COVID-19 Form.Sales are made in Ticket Tailor and email service is with Gmail. I have set up a delay to send the email 1 hr before as a one off event, but I assume I can use scheduler too. Are there any other methods people might consider using to create the workflow? Several people can attend a time specific course too.
I want to create a zap where when a google sheet is updated with a new row of entry, a lookup list in Fastfield form gets updated with the updated google sheet values.I don’t know what to insert in File field. Hello! I am looking to integrate Zapier to help automate the process of unenrolling students from having access to Thinkific courses after a subscription has been cancelled. If a student cancels their subscription on Shopify, they will have access to the course or bundle until renewal or billing date occurs, at which their access will be revoked. For example, if a student ends their subscription on Sept 1 and the next billing date is Sept 30, they’ll have access until Sept 30. So far, we have created this Zap template: Trigger - New Cancelled Order in Shopify Only continue if fulfillment status contains ‘cancelled’ (Have tried with and without this step) Unenroll User in Thinkific Both times we’ve tried this template with and without step 2, has yielded a ‘success true’ message, but when we look on the Thinkific platform, the test student is still enrolled in the course. How might we solve this problem?

I have a ranking board at the google sheet and It change every hour and I want it update at webflow live cms.but when I tried it, succeed till the last test, It always show me belowFailed to create an item in WebflowThe app returned "ValidationError: Provided ID is invalid". what shoud I do for this ? What I’ve done is belowmatched the type of text on both google sheet and CMS setting(plain text to plain text) minimized the field(only PK1, PK2, number) Please help me T-T
I’m building a zapier integration with my app that has an actionthe action simply needs to take whatever response from the trigger and do something on it (I just need to send the response of previous trigger to the endpoint so I can manage it)I built the action and it works but I don’t know how to append the response of the trigger to it? the input fields look like it’s something the user need to enter but I don’t want user interaction I just want to send the raw response of the previous trigger?
Hi,We’ve just set up Bigin CRM and we want to capture the GCLID in form submissions in the CRM so when a lead turns into a sale, we can send offline conversion data back to Google.I know there are Zaps templates for the offline conversion bit: https://zapier.com/apps/bigin/integrations/google-adsBut I’m struggling with capturing the GCLID in Bigin in the first place.Can anyone help me?

Hoping someone smarter than I can help.I am trying to send data to Salesforce and getting the below error. Account_Bric_C being the API name of our accounts page. The record could not be sent to Salesforce.Account_Bric__c is too long, should only be a maximum of 18 characters. What am I trying to do?I am trying to push data from iAuditor to Salesforce. Once an audit is completed in iAuditor Zapier will push all relvant data to Salesforce creating a new record on our Audit page. What wont work?Linking the audit to the account in Salesforce. Because Account (in salesforce) is a Lookup field I need to use the GUID of each Salesforce account found in their URL. I’m finding typing the account name in manually or pulling the EXACT account name as it appears in Salesforce from a field in iAuditor will not work.Is there a way for this to work?
I set up a zap through the new ChatGPT plugin, connected my email, but am having issues with a “No trigger present in ZDL error” when trying to scrape google alerts form my inbox. Email is connected, label is correct I believe, but am still getting this error. Any ideas?
I’ve set up a zap to add a new to-do whenever I receive a new email in my inbox. The zap assigns the to-do to me and I’ve selected “yes” for “notify assignees.” The to-do is added and assigned to me. However, I do not receive a BC notification of the new to-do. My Zapier account and BC account use the same email address. The email address that I’m forwarding from is different. I’ve tested it 3 times. It was working properly when I used my corporate Zapier account, but then our CEO owner of the corporate account also receives a notification for all of my new email. Suboptimal. :-) Very grateful for any suggestions.

Hello, I was looking for some help creating an automation that does the following:Trigger is the creation of a new google calendar event Automation would then email me a a list of all the events starting today or later that the attendees from the new google calendar event are already invited to on my current google calendar I’ve tried doing this with the digest function but haven’t found a way to make that work. I’ve also tried doing this with the find google calendar event function but this only returns a single event. Thank you for any help with this.

Right now I have a workflow set up where: New episode published in Podcast.co > Text Formatter Converts HTML to Markdown (for description) > Create COS Blog Post in HubspotLooking good! But I would like to also include links to the Apple Podcast URL and Spotify Podcast URL in the post, which are somehow scraped using Zapier. Any idea?
I’m trying to create a zap where when a new row is added to Sheet, it goes to the Doc’s link, get the content and then have it posted in Medium. Im stuck in Medium’s step where under the content header, I’m placing File Raw Plain Text content but it says “No Data”What am i doing wrong? P.S: The Google doc has some content + images
