I was sleeping and woke up to 65 of my original contacts being added into my Follow Up Boss account as “New Leads”. They were already in my contact list and I didn't do anything to trigger Zapier into adding them. Follow Up Boss says it’s an issue with Zapier but I am not having any luck with contacting a human at Zapier regarding this problem. Has anyone ever had this issue before and if so, how did you fix it? Thank you!
Well I test drove the Premium for a week, the 2nd week my password wasn’t working and multiple reset attempts yielded NO response. Is this the type of support I should expect if I actually pay for the product?I submitted multiple requests to Sales link and forgot password and the best I got was a zendesk we are working on it… I don’t think you are bec. it has been 5 + days we no contact. There is no phone number no chat no nothing… so basically we are on our own… I opened a demo gmail email not my biz email account just to be able to post , because you can’t post to the community unless you log in and you can’t log in if your password is not working after it was... Am really questioning is there an alternative to link my salesforce bec. if this is the support i can expect, from zapier, mission critical system connections, one would want support.
Hello! I'm trying to create a catalog of multitracks (zipped MP3 audio files, aimed at musicians) in a PDF format. The catalog format is as follows: (product name (stored on Google Drive) > link to product preview in MP3 format (stored on Google Drive) > add to cart button (needs to be "add to cart" as customers need to choose multiple products before proceeding to checkout) or checkboxes that would serve as an "add to cart".)I'd like to create an automated process where the customer can select the desired products from this list, listen to a preview of each, have these choices automatically sent to a shopping cart, proceed to checkout using PayPal or credit cards, and receive the products stored on my Google Drive automatically.How could I set up this workflow in an automated way using Zapier?Thank you very much!
I am attempting a flow where i want the zap to action (email) and then update records for multiple items in airtable but hitting an error with the Loop stage.so my flow currently looks like:trigger - monthly schedulefind many records (limited to ten :( )create loop from line itemssend email in gmailupdate record in airtable - however on this last step, the ID value is empty. I am mapping the Record Field to ID but it shows in testing as ID:No data. when i test the Find Many Records step i can see that the Record ID is being pulled, but for some reason it’s blank is that last step.is it possible to use loop with find many records? if so, what am i missing? or should i just manually email +udpate the current list, then create a new zap which is triggered on ‘new record in view’?

I’m trying to create spreadsheet row with google sheets within the slack workflow builder. I’m using Zapier’s “create spreadsheet row with google sheets” feature. The test shows no issues, but when I run the Workflow, it results in this error: “An error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details.”I deleted the corresponding workflow step and tried recreating it, but the same error appears. Could repeatedly deleting and attempting to create the workflow step also be a potential cause of the issue?I have also tried Slack’s help, and their response was that they don’t maintain the Workflow steps built by other apps, like Zapier.How can I troubleshoot here?

(Moderators, please let me know if I should create a new thread specific to Google Drive). I’m fairly confident of that date because it had worked perfectly for months; I transcribe audio almost daily and that’s the last date that a transcript was generated for me. If Zapier uses version control like Git for their work, I’d look closely at any changes that were made around then. We have a Wix website using Wix forms and the issue is with one of the fields in Wix forms. We are using a File Upload button and so the problem is that when we send the file the user submits on our website, it comes out as a text file (.TXT) of the files name and not the actual file. I am able to retrieve all Contact ID’s from a Deal in Hubspot, however I want to filter to only retrieve Contacts with certain association types.Then, I want to do 2 things:Associate only those Contacts with a single Task (I have achieved this without filtering by Association Type using the Deal to Contact ID from Find Associations step) Create Engagements (Tickets) for each of the filtered ContactsFiltering by Association Type, and then creating Engagements for each Contact is key, thanks!

Hi there!I have a big problem with config my Zap: Woocommerce - Uscreen.Actually in our Woo we have 3 subscriptions products witch correspond to 3 packages of videos on USCREEN (PODSTAWOWY, STANDARD, PREMIUM). Zapier should: when subscribe will change status to active, using filter (product name from woo), should assign user (or create) in uscreen and give permision to specific subs. Every time when someone bought 1 sub in woo, I received 2 troubleshooting problem mail (from two different zaps). The account is created correct, but the wrong video package is assigned. The packages are also assigned accordingly. I have three zaps for each subs (name, email and uscreen subs are changed).

HelloI have a few questions I did integrate JackRabbit / ConvertKit, however when I was testing a new enrollment, all the info from this test student was copied. I am just wondering if this will work for other students not just for the test one I have 2 studio locations in JackRabbit, is there any way I can have 2 different tags for each one? I would like to set up a birthday email in Convertkit to be automatically send to a student (in JackRabbit) that have a birthday. How do I do this? Hello,I want to use the NLA API. I am testing them, so I know how reliable they are. However, after about 10 or so queries, I am inevitably met with {error: rate limit exceeded...}. Is this rate limit per action or for the whole of the NLA API? Where is that rate limit described? I couldn’t find it anywhere in the docs. Is there a way to increase this rate limit? Do unsuccessful queries count toward the rate limit? I’m asking because I currently, if I hit the rate limit, I try a few more times. If this counts toward the rate limit, it’s a bit counterproductive to do this.
Hello - I am working on a zoho/docusign integration where I have a dropdown in zoho that I need to translate to individual checkbox true/false values in docusign.For example, zoho has a drop down field for business type that includes retail, restaurant, government.in docusign each of these values are checkboxes with true/false values. How do i take a selected picklist value from zoho field and translate it over to a true value on the correct field in docusign?
When somebody signs up for free content (trigger), I want to offer a free trial of paid content. The offer should only be made to those who have not already bought content (filter). It would be easy if one could filter against total previous purchases but, I can only see an option to look at the current sale/transaction.I certainly don’t possess the skills to get too technical, so I’d welcome any suggestions for a simple solution. I’m trying to create a zap that fires an “order shipped” email when I update the status in Woocommerce that sends via Brevo.To do this I have to create a HTML email template and insert the dynamic data fields where necessary.I have done all of this fine, except I cannot figure out how to create a loop for my HTML table to output the line items for name, quantity and image of each product ordered. Hi, i need help.I am building a chatbot that mainly has 2 functions 1. collecting names, email, pn 2. being able to answer questions and saving those questions. My aim is to store the values of both of those functions (Ex. Name, email, phone number and the question the user asks) in one spreadsheet row on google sheets. But to do that i need to first connect a webhook to google sheets, but to do that i need to test the webhook and select the value from both functions. But to do that i need to select both of these requests.Here is an Ex.So my question is: How can i select/Merge both of these requests or Also, if you are wondering why i cant put both of the functions into one same requests, its because the user has to put in different types of inputs into each function.If anyone has a question or believe they have the answer but don’t fully understand the question, please dont think twice about asking their question in the reply section. I need Zapier to add contact information from Calendly to Google Sheets, Square, Convertkit and Google Contacts BUT only after it checks to see if their email already exists in those programs.How do I do this? Hi all, I am utilizing one Zap to establish an Asana task successfully. However, when I attempt to create a subtask using a separate Zap, I am encountering difficulties.The challenge arises because the subtask has specific conditions that prevent its direct inclusion within the initial Zap. I am speculating that this issue may be due to both Zaps being triggered simultaneously, potentially causing interference with the subtask creation process. I have experimented with introducing a delay, but I have not achieved the desired success.I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions regarding this matter. My second Zap:

BackgroundI have created typeform to capture lead information from a website, eg name, email etc. To help reduce friction from them having to select from a list of 82 answers I have used logic to create questions based on answers, eg. Wha type of service are you interested in A B C or D. When they choose option B, the get another question eg what insurance service you interest in, then gives a list of answers. I want to take the answer and add to a custom field called SERVICE in Pipedrive when creating a new pipedrive deal from trigger new item in typeform in zapier. ProblemI have 4 questions, 3 have empty answers (no value exists), 1 has the answer (value exists) for the service. How do I get zapier to provide the answer to only when a value exists and be able to map the 1 answer (value exists) to service field in PipedriveSolutionWhats the best way to do this from typeform to zapier?
Hi,This question is regarding Embedded Zapier (Full Zapier Experience).We would like to use Zapier to enable our users to create their own workflows within our app but restrict the actions to only use our app. When testing out the Embedded Zapier it seems like the user would be able to select all 5000+ apps when creating Zaps. I can’t find any option to restrict it to only a single app.Is this use case not supported by Zapier to use it for creating workflows only using 1 single app?
