So I am trying to to a Zap in which new comments made on a trello card generate a task in todoist. I can get it to show in todoist as a task, but a generic task with no info about the card. what I want is the action that appears in the text on the trello card to appear as the title or comments in the todoist task. Is that possible?

I’m having a difficult time figuring something out with Zapier. Here’s my flow and what I’m trying to accomplish. This is all contained in a single Zap. I have a Zapier catch WebHook that captures data from my vendor’s website – this works That data is processed as a new row in a table in our SQL Server DB – this portion works without my trigger (see item 3 below) I need to update that new row’s data in our SQL Server with additional data before passing the new row’s data to WooSender via Zapier. – Not working The data is sent to WooSender for their processing. - works Here is what I have tried but to no avail. I created an after-insert trigger in our SQL server that gathers and updates this new record created from the Zapier WebHook contents adding the rest of the data I need to pass to WooSender. (i.e. time zone based on a zip code, WooSender campaign information, etc. The trigger is causing the action in Zapier to fail.
I read in some of the previous discussions that zapier currently does not have a possibility to update mutliple zaps at once. In the discussion a way of creating dynamic content was mentioned. We have a zap template for leads to be then assigned with the respective client. Since the implementation, we improved a lot of tools and automations, but had to do it manually every time. Now I am wondering, can you tell me about the opportunities of the dynamic content? For us it would be super helpful if we were able to unify all clients and boards for clients in one zap since we retrieve the data from one SQL server on the other hand. Can you elaborate on these possibilities?

Hi, I am looking for the optimum combination of Apps to do the following:New email comes into outlook, it gets converted to PDF (with the same look as if you just printed it from your screen, with header and footer and all details etc.), gets saved into OneDrive folder with our specific filing format (YEAR_MonthDate Name - Subject). In order to explain what I am looking for, I think it’s important to stress who the users of this will be: I am the “webmaster” for a local beekeeping club. Just a local social club of people who enjoy beekeeping.Like almost all social clubs, we have a membership - but (and this is important) - We do NOT “sell membership things on our website”. I have connected my account from leadformly to zapier. I have created several zaps that send an outbound email to my email when a new lead arrives. But since last Friday the emails arrive with a delay of 1 hour, I need it to arrive faster.
Our company deals with different companies that “hide/mask” our client’s email address. Eventually we find out the real email address.We receive the emails but our CRM, ZOHO, cannot distinguish between the 2 email addresses and lumps them under the “Company A” email address.What I am trying to accomplish is that when an email comes from Company A’s masked address, I would like to change the email it originated from.

I am working on an integration of GrooveFunnel Form to Gmail Command. The problem is Zapier is not connecting pulling any form data from my index form which is can be seen here, which includes fields - name, email and message.Not sure why but I already switch a couple of forms already and still having the same issue.
Hello Zapier Community !I have been working very hard on a skincare recommendations form for my skincare brands. I want customers to be able to fill the form, then 1. receive a link to a Shopify cart and then 2. receive an in-depth email about their products recommandations.I have designed my form using Typeform (I must admit creating the 112 combinations of answers is pretty exhausting and time-consuming) and my email template using Shopify. I have found tutorials on how to link Typeform entries to Shopify cart, but I just can’t seem to find how to automate sending of an Email from Shopify, using Typeform results.In simpler terms : basically what I’m looking for is that if user X answer questions and reach Typeform result B, then email B gets sent. If user Y reach Typeform result C, then email C gets sent. Sounds simple in theory, right ! I have high hopes that Zapier is just the right tool, and that I just havent’t figured out just yet how to configure the app to match my needs.I am
The trigger for my Zap is a Hubspot CRM deal being moved to the Negotiation stage. The result is the Zap logs the action in a spreadsheet, then auto increases a Zapier Table field. The table field is to count the total number of deals that got moved that day. It also sends a message to a slack channel. Each morning a different zap posts that total to our slack then resets the field to zero. My issue is that the spreadsheet is showing more deals logged than the Zap table field that is counting them. In the spreadsheet I see 13 logged deals. The table field only counted 8. Both actions the logging and incrementing are in the same zap.I noticed that it be happening when someone moves a few deals very quickly. Like a sales person cleaning up their pipeline at the end of the day.I tried adding in some delays but so far it hasn’t had an effect.I noticed when I added a different Zap step that involved a Zapier table(to log deals for comparison to spreadsheet), that when I tested that step it
Hi, I have a zap where when a new customer is added, it is supposed to add their info into ZohoOne Campaigns (ZO's email marketingplatform). But the zap breaks a lot. For some reason, it runs every time there is a new sale and not just when I manually create a newcustomer. How do I fix this?
Hello Community, Currently working on a project in Google Drive and don’t know exactly where to start. I’ve set up a zap that automatically recreates a google doc with the answers from a Google Form. The file is the bi-annual performance review for each employee from 15 different locations. I would like to be able to move new files automatically in the right folder and sub folder. Each dealership has 4 or 5 departments. Folder structure is : Dealership → Department. Files that are generated through the first zap all have the same structure with parts separated with a | Dealership name|Department|Period of the year (winter 2021 or summer 2021 i.e)|Employee Name. I’ve read about lookup tables and zapier extract function but am not sure exactly if that the right solution. Thanks

I’m using New or Updated Row in MySQL as my trigger.Setup works fine and the trigger able to detect test data. The action is to Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.The action for this also working.However when I ran the zaps, and create a new record in the table, the zap will not fetch the new record. The above is a simplified zaps that I’ve created as my more complex zaps with the same trigger doesn’t work.
Hello Everyone. I am having an issue setting up FB Conversion API through Zapier. I am using Shopify and need to set up standard events. So my question is how do I extract the website URL source in order to set up it. Because for purchase event there is too long URL and there is a unique number in the URL every time customer purchase something. like www.abc.com/12345/checkout/"09p1254"/thank you Like this, In inverted comma, it is a unique number. So every customer will have this unique code so if I paste this URL might be it didn't track it Anyone here can answer my question.

I have an issue that I cannot seem to find an answer to.I have created a zap between a facebook leads a and brevo (sendinblue)My leads are not being added to the list in BrevoAfter Action I get Attributes with a list of numbers and letters.I cannot seem to find what it is I need to do here.But perhaps the issue is somewere else. Apologies up front. Trying to figure out Zapier on my own. I would like to be able create a zap that will take the link and summarized notes from read.ai (a meeting note taking bot) and report URL and place that in a collaborative tool called Fellow. I’ve been able to connect the two successfully, but as far as I can tell, I need to pre-select the steam ID in Fellow. This is where instead of matching the two titles (they are the same in read.ai and fellow), it’s asking me to select an older and archived meeting in advance. Is there any way to do the following:Once meeting is complete in read.ai then take those two data points (Report URL and Summary) Match meeting title in read.ai with meeting title in fellow append those read.ai data points into fellow in the associated fellow meetingThanks!
