Hi, I have a zap where when a new customer is added, it is supposed to add their info into ZohoOne Campaigns (ZO's email marketing
platform). But the zap breaks a lot. For some reason, it runs every time there is a new sale and not just when I manually create a new
customer. How do I fix this?

This shows the mapped variable for the email field was invalid or had a value that was blank/empty/null.

 

You may need to add a Filter as Step 2 to prevent the error and check for the existence of an email address.

 

If you still need help, post screenshots with how your Zap step 2 is configured in EDIT mode.
