So I am trying to to a Zap in which new comments made on a trello card generate a task in todoist. I can get it to show in todoist as a task, but a generic task with no info about the card. what I want is the action that appears in the text on  the trello card to appear as the title or comments in the todoist task. Is that possible?

Hi @cruiz!

That should definitely be possible :) You can click into the Title field for Todoist then you’ll see a dropdown appear with data related to the Trello card. You can map whatever you’d like, like the card name if you wanted.

 

Then you could add things as a note as well, like maybe the URL to the Trello card that was updated?

Does that help to clarify how to map fields in your Zap?

sounds interesting, but will that be automated or will it havbe to be done each time?  Will try it tonight.
