Our company deals with different companies that “hide/mask” our client’s email address. Eventually we find out the real email address.

We receive the emails but our CRM, ZOHO, cannot distinguish between the 2 email addresses and lumps them under the “Company A” email address.

What I am trying to accomplish is that when an email comes from Company A’s masked address, I would like to change the email it originated from.
