Delay 1 hour

I have connected my account from leadformly to zapier. I have created several zaps that send an outbound email to my email when a new lead arrives.

 

But since last Friday the emails arrive with a delay of 1 hour, I need it to arrive faster.

Does the Zap have a Delay step?

FYI: The Leadformly trigger step is NOT instant, and can take up to 15 minutes to fire depending on your Zapier plan.
