Hi everyone,I’m confused about a time zone issue, my Zap is definitively setup as Pacific Time but when it runs - for some reason I get this message in my Zap history that says “This Zap run used the America/Chicago timezone - Edit Zap Details”
This used to work. Zapier no longer posts a picture/text to Facebook. I get a 403 error when posting to a page.I renewed permissions on the Zapier business integration app on my FB account. Tried the zap again and it came up with the same error.I remove the Zapier business integration app and from the zap I re-connected and installed it with all permissions. It still produces this error.I’ve tried a whole bunch of other things to try and get it to work but nothing. Facebook refuses to offer sufficient permissions for me to post a photo to a page.Any help?
I have a client with a LOT of zaps, and he has painstakingly taken the time to create a description for each one to help keep track of them. It seems however that1 - Zapiers search function does not search the descriptions 2 - Zapier Manager’s trigger “New Zap Created” does not pull the description field in its processed data. Exporting a zap gives you a json file that also does not seem to contain it. Does anyone know of a way to get to this data field so it can be used? The idea is to keep track whether a customer is active or not, by syncing their status on Monday.com to an Excel spreadsheet. Hello, I’m trying to create a Zap that is based on someone filling out a form on my Squarespace. My account is synced and I can see other forms I have on the list. But the one I am trying to create the Zap for is not on there. I’ve tried re-freshing several times. The form is created on a public page using a form block. Can someone help? Thank you!

When a zap is triggered, I want the text value in that column to be assigned to a custom field on a ZenDesk Support ticket. The problem is that the ZD custom ticket field is a checklist list (and the field type cannot be changed).Let’s say the ZD custom ticket field checkbox offers these choices:My Google sheet column and zapier contains the same values. Any programmers out there who know a thing or two about sending notifications to Facebook Portal or Amazon Echo Show?I put on a weekly online livestream piano singalong show for seniors. It can be viewed on a Portal using FB live or YT live. Works great. However it's several buttons to get in there and watch the show. I want something super simple for seniors. One button or voice command.I have a text message notification service through Twilio that texts viewers a weblink at showtime. Which works great for cell phones and tablet viewers. But is there a way I can send a notifiication to a Portal/Echo Show? A notification that includes a weblink?Example: Senior has a FB Portal (or Echo show) set up in his/her living room. Message comes in. "The show is live. Would you like to watch?" They walk over to the screen and press YES. Or just say YES. The show goes live onscreen. That easy. Good day everyone, This is my very first interaction here, and my very first time creating a zap, so please be patient with me. I am creating a zap that would send an email whenever a row value in the google spreadsheet gets updated, it is all working fine, but, I want it to attach the sheet itself as attachment and not only a row value. I tried posting the link of the spreadsheet in the attachment field but that didn't work. how it can be possibly done to attach the whole sheet when sending the email. Thank you
Good day zapiers, Excuse me if this is not the right place to ask about this. I’ve been looking all over the web to get this working but am hopeless , hoping to find an answer here. I am looking to create a website chatbot that can do the following function: Bot asks the customer for the delivery reference. Customers sends in the chat the delivery reference.Bot do a search in the google spreadsheet and returns the row data to the customer. I hope that someone can put me on the right way in how this can be possibly achieved. Thanks
I was creating a Zap with a Google docs template and not all of my templates are showing up. On the previous zap a created all of the templates show up in the selection field. I have clicked load more and I still see only three template. I now only shows the same three templates in the other zap I created and does not show the template that I have selected for that zap. I am not sure what is going on. I have deleted and recreated the zap. Before this zap I created three other zaps without the same problem.
im new to zapier and having a hell of a hard time trying to perform this google drive to gmail zap.. 1. when a video file is uploaded to a specific folder on google drive then..2. an email is sent from my gmail account to a specific email address with the following attributes:subject: name of the file I uploaded to google driveBody of the email: a google drive link to the fileattachment: a physical copy of the file the attachment may not be possible but ive been trying for 4 hours and cant even get it to send the link.. Is this even possible? thanks for your help

Hi incredible Zapier community! Hoping to crowd source this issue. I can’t get a zap to find test data and I can’t get it to fire off. We are using close.io crm and connecting zapier so we can pass data into a Google Spreadsheet. We have a zap triggering on “New or Updated Custom Activity in Close” and are connected with an admin account. There are probably thousands of custom activity records - however we keep getting a message saying “We coudln’t find a custom activity.” Looking for any insight on how to get this to run properly. We’ve have tried connecting different admin and owner accounts with the same result. Any suggestions or insights are welcome. Thanks!andrew
Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to Zapier, so trying to get my head arounds things. One of the use cases we have for Zapier is generating a Zendesk ticket when a PagerDuty alert is triggered. We are looking to move to PagerDuty Webhook V3 (per advice from the PagerDuty Documentation, as existing ones are being deprecated https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/webhooks?#migrating-from-v1v2-generic-extensions-to-v3-webhook-subscriptions ) We’ve found that Zapier no longer acknowledges the trigger event in a standard PagerDuty → Zendesk Zap, it just simply does not find any events. Was wondering if anyone around these forums has used the new web hook v3 features of PagerDuty and gotten it working with their Zaps? We can kick this problem down the road until March with V2 web hooks, but would rather just fix it for good now.
Hello all This issue has plagued me for quite sometime now and I wonder if anyone can offer some help: I have a CRM (Ometria) and Zapier is feeding all the Facebook leads it collects into Ometria. I need each and every lead to have a country code (GB for Great Britain, NL for Netherlands, DE for Germany etc.) I managed to half-solve this with the Formatter by Zapier tool. I have a rule in place where by if a customer enters “England” or “Great Britain” Formatter by Zapier reads this and replaces it with the country code: GB before feeding the lead through to Ometria. The issue I still have though is if a Customer just leaves the field blank. Zapier won’t enter the country code for me. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Many thanks Paul.
Hi, I am trying to create a zap where depending on a criteria (based on a google form submission), a new trello cards gets added to a different list (same board). However, the ‘create card in trello’ zap does not seem to take any custom value when selecting the list. When I just select the correct list from the dropdown menu, everything works fine. However, when I pull in the list ID (long numeric value) from a lookup in a previous step OR after going through a ‘Find list on Board in trello’ search step, the zap doesn’t continue. The error message is: The app returned “invalid value for value”. I’ve tried the same with using the list names (rather than the IDs) with the same result. Any help is much appreciated! ThanksLiesbet
I need to create several zaps where if a lead has been updated in CRM (like several fields) then we do other tasks like send off emails, etc. But I unfortunately cannot even get the initial trigger in my zap to test properly. When I select “Lead Updated” as the initial trigger, and go to test, I get the following error shown in the screenshot below. My timeout from CRM side is set to two minutes. But when trying to test this zap, it stops and states the error below in about 30 seconds. I cant really complete any more of the zap because no fields show for me to map other elements depending on the nature of the update.I also have new leads coming in every minute.
I’ve created a Zap to send .pdf attachments to a specific Google Drive folder and the test works fine, but when I send an email to Gmail with a .pdf attachment, it’s not showing up in the G-Drive folder I specified. I also want the file name to be the subject of the email. Again, it works fine on the test, but not on actual emails.
