Airtable 'Find Many Records' is limited to 10 records and is looking for workaround solutions.

Hi all, I’m attempting to run an Airtable “Find Many Records” action and it appears that the action is limited to returning 10 records at a time.  Can someone verify that this is accurate and recommend any solutions or workarounds? I may need to return up to 48 records for a given Zap depending on the scenario.

Thank you !

Hi @RobertN2186

Try using one of these advanced actions for leveraging the Airtable API: https://api.airtable.com/

Awesome, Thank you @Troy Tessalone. I’ll start looking into it. Looks like it’s time to level up my Zapier skills.

Hi @RobertN2186,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like we have an open feature request to increase the limit of returned records when using the “Find Many Records” action.

I have added your vote to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps!
