Servicem8 Clients/Jobs should return an internal ID in Zap steps.

Hi @Troy Tessalone Thanks for your response. Is that something that can be mapped out? Because we want to put the ServiceM8 Contact ID against the Person record in Pipedrive - we have a field called Sm8 Client ID. 

Here’s the full scenario: When a new lead is added to Pipedrive > Create a client in SM8 > Update the SM8 Client ID under person (Pull from client created previously in SM8

Any data points returned from a Zap step can be mapped to following Zap steps.

 

When in doubt, test it out.
