Hi everyone, I am looking to create an automation that would allow me to update a status on Monday according to the events on Calendly.When a meeting is booked on Calendly, I would like to create an integration that would allow me to update the status of a client in a board on Monday. (When a meeting is created, it appears on Google Calendar too)Do you know how I can create this integration? Thanks in advance for your help, Clementine
HiI have developed a private integration for my own software. I am using this to connect it with a CRM for real estate agents. Everything is working but I have a question.I have a workflow when an estate updates in the CRM the estate also updates in my own software. In this API call I have a check that if the estate does not yet exist then do NOTHING. But the Zap still counts as success while nothing has happenend at my end.Is there anyway to not complete the zap when nothing needs to happen?I hope you understand my question! Thanks in advance.
Hi Team, Hoping someone can help me. Have just started using Infinity in place of Google Sheets for a ‘order/sales tracker’ as the Google Sheets was triggering multiple times due to a script I had set up to move the row to another sheet once completed. Infinity seems like it will work well for me but have just tried to set up a simple zap whereby the trigger is an updated item in infinity which then splits some text via a filter and sends a text via messagemedia SMS. The issue I’m having is the data coming through from Infinity has extra text/characters (<p> and /) and therefore the phone number is not being recognised and the order info is wrong. Screenshot below for you, can anyone help me clean this up?

If you could elaborate a bit on what your overall workflow would look like, that will help me figure out if there’s a workaround and also whether the OneDrive API can support what you’re looking to do (in which case we can add a feature request).Thanks!

I’m trying to create a simple workflow which converts an article from Pocket into a PDF (using PDF.co) and then save in Google Drive.The problem I’m having is there are rendering inconsistencies from article to article. I understand this is because the Zap is setup to just pass along the article URL. Is there anyway to export the actual minimized formatting which Pocket creates from the URL? This would I would have a consistent layout and font size for every article which is exported.Thanks for any help or guidance, I signed up for Zapier basically just to get the Pocket PDF export working.
Hello,I’m curious is anyone has any experience using Zaps to create blog post notifications sent only to subscribers to the blog using a sync between a WordPress site and FloDesk.My guess is that I will have to create a subscriber list specifically for the blog on the WordPress site that adds subscriber emails to FloDesk (perhaps in a blog specific mailing list). Then I would have to create a sync that sends out an email to subscribers every time a blog post is created.Does that sound about right? Would that be 4 total zaps (2 for signup, 2 for post notification emails)?
The Trello integration was working correctly up until this morning. Now I’m getting a continual “Account Expired” message and can’t reactivate my Zaps using it. I’ve tried re-establishing my credentials multiple times and verified that my Trello account allows access to Zapier, but all I get back is a “Service Unavailable” error when I attempt to reconnect.Any idea how I can correct this and get my Zap back online?
We’re in the process of building out some serious zaps into our Airtable database and need some guidance on what will happen if we use zapier to ‘add’ items to a “link to another record” field which already contains values.We have tables for both Clients and Meetings in our Airtable base which are linked.Over time, multiple meetings are linked to existing clients. Often we can add new meetings and link just that specific meeting to an existing contact, HOWEVER sometimes we need to update an existing contact and link it to a new meeting (this is caused by the case of sometimes having one meeting attendee and sometimes having two, where attendee 2 is sometimes blank, so we need to run a filter before search/creating attendee 2 as a contact, and this happens after the meeting is already created).The issue here is that these contacts likely already have various linked items (meetings).So, my question is, if we run a zap to “add” a new meeting ID to the linked meeting column of a contact, w

Where I have brought the lead of Facebook Ad to Google Drive. There is no error either. But why do I see only 2 leads in my drive? Whereas my Facebook lead is around 30. I am using a free plan. Salesforce “Could not create record of the “Task” object: We're not able to use this object type” error
Hi everybody, This is my first post on this forum and I hope I will lucky and find the help that I need I’m trying to build a pretty simple task in the idea but I fail to find the object to create in my target app.My task is the following :Every month create a custom task in an account in Salesforce.This custom task is like to log a call (same place and same sort of action) in the activity panel but i don’t find the right object to use for this purpose. There is a bench of objects and the only one who seems to be the right is Task but it return the following error : So my answer is :What is the object to use to create or update a record that is a custom task?Is it Task and in this case I need to contact the support or is it an other? Hi all. I have a survey in LeadQuizzes (LQ) that produces 8 different outcomes. I tagged the results in LQ so that each separate result has a corresponding tag. I’ve also set up 8 corresponding Automations in Convertkit (CK) that will trigger a one email sequence based on the tags. The issue is that the native integration between LQ and CK only allows me to choose one sequence. So it looks like I need to use Zapier to integrate the two. But how?Ultimately, I want to integrate LQ and CK such that when someone completes the LQ survey, they will get the appropriate email (one of 8) based on their results. Can anyone help me out?

Hello all. I’m trying to create a zap that will send an email when a new row is added to the Program Applicant Google sheet. I want the body to contain the name, phone number and email from the profile spreadsheet. I have successfully set up a zap to send an email when a new row is added to my volunteer applicant google sheet with this same information. The problem I face, is zapier is pulling old information that is no longer in the Google sheet. When I was initially setting it up to test, I put made up information in those fields and the zap worked fine. I deleted the fictitious information from the google sheet and entered different information but the zap still sends what I put in before, even though I have erased that information and refreshed the spreadsheet, zapier and the app. No matter what name, email and phone number I put in the app or the spreadsheet, it still sends the email with the previous information that I deleted. Has anyone ever had this problem and how did y
Hi all,There are a lot of posts and articles that get quite close to answering this question, but don’t quite state with the certainty I’m looking for.With the Salesforce Update Record action, do you have to map ALL fields to prevent existing fields that might have data being overwritten with blank/empty/null values?OR does the action only update the fields on the record that you map, leaving others with their existing values?Thanks,Ross
